Pop! Up Mobile Bar

Kat was very organized and had great communication leading up to the party and throughout the event. She came up with excellent cocktails for our party and everyone loved her and the drinks. All the prep work was done ahead of time, setup was quick and she handed a crowd of 60 adults with ease.

We had the pleasure of booking Kat for an adult birthday party at our home. From the moment we booked her, she was highly communicative, helped me come up with a great plan for the party (including 3 signature drinks, and she provided a detailed list of what she would provide vs what I would bring/purchase), and I felt very comfortable that my party was in good hands.
When she arrived, she set everything up herself beautifully (she was totally self-sufficient, and didn't add an iota of additional stress to my party) - a full bar setup in my dining room!! She was personable, charming and fun - my guests *loved* the experience and she did a phenomenal job with the actual mixology.
I could not be happier and can't wait to work with Kat again.

We hired Pop! Up Mobile Bar for our annual backyard Oktoberfest party. Kat was an absolute joy to work with from the start to finish. Her quote was prompt and clear and she even had a meeting with me before the event so she could understand my vision and needs. I was not expecting this extra step and was thrilled with the service level and care. Kat was easy to communicate with leading up to the event. She arrived promptly and her fee includes set-up and break-down time and I didn’t have to worry about a thing - it was truly a dream. We also added a helper to our package and I cannot recommend this enough! I was finally able to truly enjoy myself at our event and, thanks to Kat, had time to relax and visit with guests. And for anyone that thinks their event is too casual or too small to warrant a professional bartender, it’s not! Kat is so amazing and so approachable, you would be silly not to hire her to help out at your next event. After all, you’re the host, you should be enjoying the party, not making cocktails, leave that to the professionals. 5 stars!!! We cannot wait to have another party so we can hire Pop! Up Mobile Bar again!

Kat was amazing! She was so easy to communicate with for my wedding shower. She was able to easily recommend drinks to put on our menu and also provided a easy to follow shopping list. All the drinks Kat made at my birthday party were fantastic, especially the mojitos! She was super friendly and did a great job bartending for a variety of people. I would love to have her bartend for me again!
