After the contract is signed, we will draft up your design plan. If you book balloon services only, you will receive a final design email about 2 weeks out from your event. This is when the final ideas will be set and your final payment will be due. We will then schedule your delivery and setup window.

We arrive the day of the event with everything necessary to bring your design to life! Please ensure the space we will be working in is ready upon our arrival. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Most designs take 1-3 hours to setup and perfect, depending on the size and complexity of your design.

If tear down is included then you will catch us back at your event at the end of the night to breakdown! Because we got your back!
