If you’re not in the entertainment industry, you might be unsure about what it's like to work with us. So, to give you a peek behind the curtain, we wanted to clarify everything you get when hiring our fabulous performers and quality entertainment services.

When you hire PEP, you get start-to-finish production! As an entertainment production company, we do a lot of work to create concepts and bring those ideas to life. For every event, we start with a consultation/conversation. We gather details about you, your event, & what you’re looking for. It gives us a better understanding of the type of entertainers logistically and operationally possible for you.

Let’s say you’d love a Living Red Carpet at your event. We determine whether or not the venue can accommodate this offering by looking at details such as ceiling height and type of flooring. These are situations easily overlooked by someone with less experience. We also take a look at the demographics of your audience to ensure appropriateness, and we take your budget into account.

Regarding casting and selecting entertainers - this administrative, time-consuming work of assessing all the myriad details is no small feat. We only use the most seasoned and professional entertainers.

Regarding costuming - we’re committed to making the vision for your event come to life. So, when you mention a theme, we’re ready to take it on and deliver a dazzling product that fits the bill. It starts with costume fittings where our performers come in for measurements, which we record into our database. Then, we either hand-make or gather costume pieces and accessories - think head pieces, gloves, accessories, you name it - to create a complete look. If alterations are needed, our entertainers might come in for a few more fittings and voila! - beautiful costumes that are themed and ready to delight your guests.

Most of our entertainers are based in Orlando, and sometimes our gigs require travel. Wherever your event is located, we make sure the performers arrive on-time with everything they need. Whether that’s providing transportation or making sure the entertainers are compensated for their travel, this is all factored into a quote.

Besides all of these necessities, there could be other factors affecting your quote like the time of year, weekday vs. weekend, distance from central FL, and how far in advance we receive your booking.

COMMUNITY: While our team of leaders and entertainers have traveled around the world advancing their experience, we are fortunate that they now call Central Florida home. PEP is based in Orlando and hires local entertainers, designers, costumers, choreographers, makeup artists, and other individuals who are residents of the area. Because we are a part of this community, we care about the impact we have on our fellow residents.

Our Team Bios:

Isabel Power, Director - Originally from Vero Beach, FL, Isabel now calls Orlando home! After a decade performing around the globe, in 2016 she returned to Florida with a goal. This goal was to utilize her experience & expertise to deliver world-class entertainment to Florida audiences. Hence, Power Entertainment Productions was born! Isabel's professional credits includes dancing on board Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, gracing the stage as a showgirl in Las Vegas, and performing in televised events alongside well-known artists such as Jason Derulo & Gavin DeGraw. Prior to her professional career, she had extensive training at Boston Ballet, Miami City Ballet, and top studios in NYC and Paris. Isabel holds a BA in Dance Performance from Point Park University and a MS in Management from the College of Business at UCF.

Bradford Scott, Production Consultant - Bradford hails from North Kansas City, Missouri. He attended Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri and received a BA in Theatre in 2013. Upon graduation, he headed to Orlando with "$200, a suitcase, and a dream." Since then, he has performed at Central Florida's destination theme parks, including Disney, SeaWorld, Legoland, and Busch Gardens. He also was on the entertainment team of the popular Nickelodeon Hotel and spent a summer performing at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Currently, Bradford is an entertainment coordinator at Give Kids the World Village.

Anna LeFlore, Assistant Director & Casting Specialist - Anna is a California native who pursued her passion for the performing arts and interactive entertainment across the country. She earned her BFA in Drama Performance from the University of Oklahoma and has worked in entertainment at Walt Disney World and SeaWorld. Anna constantly challenges herself to explore all varieties of performance, which has lead her to teaching theatre in Italy, being crowned Miss Pin-Up Oklahoma, and appearing on the WWE Network.

Starr Needre, Assistant Director & Casting Specialist - One of Starr's first professional positions was performing at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, in her home state of Virginia. She went on to earn a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, and her career has taken her all over the world. She has performed with Princess Cruises on the high seas, Legends in Concert in Branson, Missouri, & locally at SeaWorld Orlando. In addition to working onstage, Starr has held many roles behind the scenes. She's served as dance captain for various productions, choreographed for The Florida Aquarium, Theatre West End, & Capone’s Dinner and Show, and stage managed for Legoland Florida Resort.

Rachel Ihasz, Production Coordinator - Originally from south Florida, Rachel climbed the coast to attend Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, where she received a BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Theatre Arts. Her well-rounded education and experience has provided her with a tool box of skills to tackle any situation. Rachel is always ready for whatever may happen at a moments notice - and anything can happen when it comes to live entertainment! When not working events with PEP, you can find her performing at theatres across Central Florida and top theme parks.
