Premier Event Staffing is a full-service hospitality company serving the greater Seattle area. We are dedicated to serving our clients, and their guests, with the highest caliber of service.
We have been fortunate enough to work with and sometimes recruit from most of the higher-end restaurants, party and event planners, hotels and other venues in the region. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rica from Premier Services, and I can’t say enough good things about her! Rica was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She arrived super early, ready to tackle any task, including cleaning up without being asked. Rica’s exceptional service truly stood out, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a top-notch bartender!

Unfortunately our experience with Premier Staffing was very poor. I had been in contact with Sean Kelly, not sure if he’s the owner or manager, he said he would be the person to pick up our food for the wedding and set up the bar. Sean was not there, so instead of having seven people we had six. Additionally, one of the staff that picked up the food apparently got lost for over an hour with our appetizers, so we didn’t have appetizers in time for cocktail hour. The staff that were there did not appear to have experience getting food out for a big event, so my aunt was in the kitchen for hours leading up to dinner to make sure all the tables got food. We had family members running food and water to tables.
It was a mess and stressful experience for everyone.

Thank you for your feedback, Megan. It's unfortunate that this happened on your special day. While some of your details are slightly inaccurate and don't mention the caterer's shortcomings, that's understandable here, but the judge may think otherwise. And by the way, six staff members were scheduled and six were present, you praised them multiple times, days afterward.
The important lesson here is that adding several guests last minute to the guest count without informing the staffing agency can cause significant issues, especially during a family-style dinner. We don't inflate staffing requirements arbitrarily because clients typically have a budget, making every staff member essential. This is NOT the area to save a buck, because it essentially tie's our hands. This perspective comes from 24 years of experience, averaging of 20-25 weddings a year, and during this time, We've successfully prevented scenarios like this as we usually opt out at the first sign of understaffing attempts.

Premier Staffing did a great job supporting our cocktail party! Very responsive communication with a lot of experience with events. They went above and beyond to pick up dessert I ordered which saved me time on the busy day of the party. Our server did an amazing job, she was friendly, professional and we were very satisfied with her service! She helped us prepare food and did a great job serving and cleaning up. We would definitely hire Premier Staffing again.
Our Premier Staffing servers were absolutely phenomenal last night! We didn't have a coordinator so just had to hope the schedule we wrote would suffice. They knocked it out of the park, they did everything as if they worked at the venue. Even extra stuff like gathering and striking stuff at the end of the event. Just went to work without even asking. I will be 100 percent recommending you Premier Staffing to anyone that wants to hear it!

We hired a bartender for our corp event to just serve drinks to our guest. But Sean went above and beyond my expectations. He reached out to me before to see if there was anything else he could bring and suggested a coat rack that I hadn't thought of and at the end of the event he pitched in to help my team clean up the food and the garbage. i would hire him again for future event. Thank you, Sean!
Sean Kelly was great. I would hope to use him again sometime when he won’t just have to hand out beers.

Such an awesome job! Came early, stayed late. One of the girls even offered to focus on keeping the salad bar full. Very friendly. Overall, highly recommend!!
Our server was in an auto accident on the way over and Sean sent a replacement, who did an excellent job. We were grateful that she came out to work on such short notice. My husband and I had to rush to set everything out on platters before Jennifer had arrived in order for the party to start at 5:00, which was a strain on us. She took over on arrival and did a great job throughout the evening, freeing my husband and me to spend time with out guests. Sean came by in person to give us a partial refund without our having to ask for it, together with a large bottle of wine to make up for our trouble, which we really appreciated.
I booked Premier to pick up food for my wedding from a restaurant and drive it to my venue as well as serve food and drinks at the wedding. Overall things went super smoothly. I wish I had provided clearer instructions to the servers and bartender when they arrived, is my only note. If you don't have a day-of-coordinator or wedding planner, make sure you're super clear on what you need done and when!
Excellent service. Staff arrived promptly. They are friendly and responsive to guest needs. They know their task diligently . Bartender highly skilled friendly and courteous to our guest. Excellent teamwork they cover each other task. Would love to have the same staff on my future event.
We threw an elaborate Quincenera and our waitstaff were Wendel and Doug. They were so attentive! My son broke a glass and it was immediately cleaned up without prompting. I was able to continually give directions/requests and leave them to it. They were professional, respectful and self-starters. I would recommend them and hire them for future events. They worked well together as a team. Very attentive guys. Thank you to them. We tipped them quite generously due to our satisfaction in their service. My BIGGEST pet peeve in life is poor service so if I’m giving a great review then that speaks volumes.
Sean and his experienced staff stepped in from the beginning and were ready to serve our guests needs. They executed throughout the evening and were present and helpful till the end of our event. Comfortably recommend them for anyone’s event. Thank you Premier.

We hired Premier Event Staffing for a wedding reception of 120 guests. Sean was amazing and a very hard worker. He was helpful and had a great deal of energy. We had a few hiccups but made it through quite well.
Worked with these folks before and never had any issues. This time around was different... When someone finally did show up, it was 3 hours after the agreed / scheduled time. This completely ruined the party task they were hired to do. Fortunately, the lady who came as a replacement did her best in addressing the situation.

During the event our waitstaff was great! Not sure how 1 person was able to manage 70 people but it worked out fine. BUT at the end of the night we were charged for broken & missing items from our vendor that we rented them from.
Sean was a great addition to my nights festivities. He jumped right in a took over the bar. All of my guests were more than taken care of at the event. He was polite, fast with the drinks and even helped bus tables. He also stayed an hour + afterwards as the party went on past the scheduled close time. He had great customer service and was the perfect choice for the evening. I will most certainly use his services again.
Punctual and communicative. Very nice bartender for our backyard wedding.

Sean sent us Mohammed who did a great job tending bar. He was exactly what we needed for our event, and was available on short notice. Both Sean and Mohammed were eager to help out and had a great attitude! Thanks so much.
It’s great Premier Staffing provides multiple services. However they lacked paying attention to the service I specifically requested. I requested and paid for waitstaff. Yet someone arrived thinking they would be bartending. This person was bothered by the fact that he was hired for waitstaff and did not want to do switch gears and step up to help in anyway. He was rude and should never work anyone’s event with the lack of professionalism he displayed.
I spoke to the owner shortly after this disaster happened. He was apologetic and tried to rectify the situation but the damage was done.
Our bartender Sean was amazing! He made sure that the bar at our daughter’s wedding ran smoothly. He was pleasant and very professional. Several of our guests even asked where we found such a great bartender. We were very pleased that he very aware of our underaged guests, and with a smile and a sense of humor he let them walk away with their dignity intact. Thank you Premier Staffing and Sean for taking care of our guests!
We had a wedding reception at Great Hall at Greenlake. The staff we hired from Premier Staffing followed our directions. When the wedding party arrived the buffet and bar was all set up as I had asked. They cleaned up and left the hall in great shape. We got our deposit back. Sean was great to work with. We emailed and talked on the phone. I did have a problem and Sean was great to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Premier Staffing because Sean will make things right.
