Linda Santavicca is a professional speaker and writer. Most exciting is her upcoming book, "We Will Count Stars: Following Abraham," which is soon to be released by Koehlerbooks in Dec. 2023. Thus, she speaks on faith-based topics to an audience who needs to trust that God makes good on His promises to anyone at any time.
Of her many roles, Linda hosts a podcast, Pressing Beyond. The premise of the podcast is how people have pressed beyond unyielding obstacles to reach their calling and live out their true purpose. Pressing Beyond has been nominated for the best female podcast by the People’s Choice Awards in 2021. It has been uploaded in unprecedented numbers across time zones and in far-off destinations never anticipated and continues to expand.
Although much of her time is spent writing for clients, Linda also works as an actress in film and television and on stage. Her most noted theater credits include the Off-Broadway production of The Legend of Sharon Shashanovah and Gridlock, a five-act comedy review she wrote, produced, and performed at the West Bank Café in New York. Since relocating to Pittsburgh, Linda has worked with the Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre (PICT) as Molly in Great Expectations as well as playing three roles (Old Sally, Mrs. Sowerberry, and Mrs. Bedwin) in Oliver Twist. She has appeared in multiple Off-Off-Broadway productions and regional theater as well as being featured in numerous TV and print commercials. Film and TV credits include the recent Amazon Studio production of “I’m Your Woman,” Saturday Night Live, All My Children, Law and Order, and New Jack City.
Of all her personal passions, Linda is an avid snow skier and runs daily to keep up her pace for the next marathon.
