We had a really great experience working with this company. We had my daughters birthday party in April 2024. We found the owner of the company really wonderful to work with. We are happy with the outcome of everything. We plan to have another party with them summer 2024.

My 2 year old nice loves Elmo! I was reluctant to book a mascot for a 2 year old as I know it can be scary. I was so impressed with the performer, she took her time, came down to her level, and halfway through the party we couldn't get her out of his arms. It's a magical thing when a child at such a young age gets to meet from TV! Thank you so much princess My Party you were professional and extremely good at what you do

We booked 2 pups for my son's 4th birthday & asked that they delivered the cake. They were on time (actual early) and immediately jumped in to engage with the kids. We put on some music & they danced. Each child got some candy & a temporary tattoo, and they signed autographs. The cake was UNREAL. It was HUGE and so elaborate! Be very proud. You made my child so happy and I will use this service again. (Shayna)
The Santa that we had was very engaging and was good. He brought candy canes and talked and read a story to the kids.
I think the disappointment was in his costume. The bad part is that his own mustache showed through the white fake beard he had, as it kept coming down and he had to keep lifting it up. It was very obvious that the pillow he had in his jacket, as the corners were very obviously there. The person that came with him was helpful but I was not expecting to have someone with him. It was hard to explain to people why it looked like he had a girl with him who was not dressed for the occasion.
All in all he did do a good job, but it really makes a big difference if the Santa looks real.

Thank you for the feedback, Jenny. We sent a photo of our Santa prior to you booking him so that you could be aware that he wore a wig beard and it was not real. Since it was a last minute booking we were happy to honor your request with the performer that we had available for you. The performer that had the authentic beard was more costly and out of your budget. For the safety of our performers we always send a host to events to assist. The host was dressed in a santa shirt, christmas pants, and had on a Santa hat. She is our Executive Director and was there to ensure that the event ran smoothly for your guests. She said that you didn't stop smiling the entire event and thanked them greatly for coming to your event. Have a Happy Holiday!
My daughter loved dancing and singing with elsa. She was very involved and did a princess ceremony.
Elsa and Ana were friendly. The kids enjoyed seeing them. I was a bit disappointed that there were no prizes for the kids like there was suppose to be. Also, there was suppose to be balloons or face painting and neither were offered. They were suppose to bring a speaker and did not, so we could hear the music. They did offer nail painting and make up, but our kids were a bit little for that.

It is with heavy heart that we read this review. It is always disappointing when the child does not want to participate in the activities that we have planned and for the parent to spend the money to book us when the child is not willing to participate in the activities as planned. We tried our best to adapt to what the birthday girl wanted to do. When we arrived we read a story, did princess lessons, played games, painted nails & did light eye shadow, and also offered glitter tattoos for no additional charge because the children were young, & we posed for photos at the end. We fit all of these activities into 1 hour with 9 little girls. The package that you booked did not include face painting or balloons. I just looked over the contract to confirm and would be happy to supply another copy of the contract for you. I do agree that the prizes were forgotten and there was a miscommunication regarding the speaker which I would like to make sure that I rectify with you immediately. Spider-man and Spider-girl arrived in costume and in character, and played their superhero parts perfectly throughout the entire party. My son and his friends were thoroughly convinced that these were the real superheroes. Spider-man told amazing stories about his heroic deeds, taught the kids some cool superhero moves and played games with them. Spider-girl made fun balloon animals and painted faces, and both fielded questions with creative and imaginative answers. I was very impressed with how well the two superheroes interacted together and with their high amount of energy.
The only thing I would change was that Spider-man's suit was a little worn, but the superhero was able to explain that away by telling the kids that he'd had an encounter with the Green Goblin right before the party. The superheroes were sweet and kind and knew just how to interact with the kids to keep them engaged and entertained. I would definitely hire them again.
The woman was very professional. Only offering two options to the kids was very helpful and it made things move along a lot easier. She was very friendly and did a great job. We would definitely hire this company again for future events. The price was also great compared to others.

Was not too impressed with spidermann and his helper. We paid for the gold package but feel like we got the bronze package. They played one game with everyone NO prizes were given out! No superhero lessons were done, and they rushed through everything and were packing up and ready to leave after a half hour of being there when we paid for an hour!! We had to ask them to do the temporary tattoos otherwise they were just standing there in our kitchen waiting for their tip! No tip was giving do to such a poor job done by them and them rushing through the party. Also Spider-Man went up to the wrong person instead of going to the birthday boy first! Not happy and not worth the 99.00 we paid for this!

Hello,
It is with heavy heart that we receive your review. We work very hard to provide a great party experience for our customers and would be happy to rectify this situation with you. We were not aware that this party was for a special needs adult until we arrived & the activities that we planned were for children. When we arrived we asked that you showed us the birthday "boy" and the director pointed in the general direction of a person when there was a room of 10 mentally challenged adults in the room & spiderman had to guess which resident it was. We played hot potato, danced to cha cha slide, and a couple other songs, we colored because we saw a lot of coloring sheets around the house, then we posed for photos. After the coloring we needed the help of the resident care takers to do those activities but they were unable to be found. They went outside to smoke. They were gone for at least 20 minutes of the visit. Then, they started serving food so, we could not do any more activities because they were eating. One of the employees of the home barked "when are you doing face painting." The Gold Package does not include face painting so we substituted temporary tattoos. We also did official Spiderman silly string. The director would not let us sing Happy Birthday officially since it "wasn't cake time" . We stayed an additional 20 minutes beyond the 1 hour that you booked and Spiderman gave him a gift. We do have some adorable videos and photos of the residents singing Happy Birthday & everyone seemed pleased. Please call us at 920-948-1112 to discuss.
When I asked my daughter about her favorite things from her birthday party, Ariel & Prince Eric topped the list. She and her friends were in awe of them from the moment they arrived. Both Ariel & Eric were great with the little ones, and definitely captivated their attention with story time, singing and more. I think they truly made my daughter's day. Thank you!

My 4 year old daughter's dreams came true when Ariel arrived to her birthday. She did a fantastic job engaging the children. The kids loved the makeovers and princess lessons. She also had a wonderful singing voice! She surpassed my expectations.

My husband and I decided to try something more fun this year for our daughters 6th birthday. We hired two princesses from Princess My Party, and they were spectacular! The performers helped all the girls feel like royalty and were especially caring toward the more shy girls in the bunch. Our daughter and her friends were talking about the party for days after! Guess we'll be booking again and again and again!
My son couldn't pick which character he wanted at his party, so I ended up just getting both Spiderman and Woody for his party. The actors were highly entertaining and definitely made sure all the boys at the party had a good time. I made a mistake on my end and accidentally told the owner the wrong time for my party. When I called her the day before to see if I could get her employees to come at the right time, she worked her magic and definitely saved the day! My son had a smile from ear to ear and the other parents were impressed by how great the entertainment made the birthday! Would hire again without reserve!
My daughter Abby had the snow sisters come to her birthday party and she was blown away! I've never seen my 4 year old more starstruck than when she answered the door for the princesses. So patient and so beautiful. The sisters really made each little girl feel like a princess. The woman on the phone was so friendly to work with and made the whole process easy and simple! The price we paid was NOTHING in exchange for the beautifully precious memories we made..Can't wait to book again for next year!

We hired Princess My Party to help us entertain our guest at CUMC. They were awesome. The actor who played Mickey Mouse was interacting with every guest and was even recruited to play drums with Shelter Reality. The children also loved playing golf with Olaf and dancing with Elsa. The owner was amazing also. She helped us with adertising our event on her site. She is also wonderful to work with. THANK YOU for a wonderful time and see you next year.

I hired the happy snow man for my son's two year. He was wonderful. My son loved him. He got down to his level and gave him a hug. My son has sensory issues and the character gave him time to be OK with him. This companies comparison for little children is wonderful. Thank you for making his day.
I had a party with this company last Saturday for my daughter & they looked like they just walked out of the screen & to our front door. They were so sweet & could sing really well. My daughter & her friends had a blast. The costumes were gorgeous & the girls were flawless. Highly recommend.
