Prisma Events was created in 2009 from a place of love, passion, and a little bit of crazy. Owner Aimee Palifroni has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and has roughly 300 weddings she's curated. With a background ranging from hotels, restaurants, catering, and venues, she is brimming with experience and her "addiction to hospitality" shines bright through each of her events. Our team is small so that we can provide focused, personal attention to each of our clients.
Let's keep this simple. We offer three packages - wedding management, partial planning, and full service design and execution. We offer flat rate pricing which means it doesn't matter the size or the budget and we aren't doing mark-ups or getting kick-backs. Just easy, honest pricing. Packages start at $1495.

FREE Initial Consultation (at least an hour for us to fall in love with you and you with us!)
Unlimited call and email support
Personalized Client Portal to manage every aspect of your wedding (online access right from the beginning so you can work on your wedding details from anywhere!)
30-day venue walk-through
Detailed day-of timeline and vendor checklist
Confirmation with all vendors for timeline, load in, set up, and tear down (we're the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave!)
Ceremony Rehearsal assistance*
Lead Coordinator and one Event Assistant (estimated 10+ hours day-of)*
Handle decorating and placement details (we pick up all your decor, set it up, and pack it up!)
Make sure your event runs on time so you can maximize your party!
Fully stocked emergency kit (also includes quick thinking, problem solving, and a "Plan B" when we need it!)
