In order to provide a reliable and easy cooking experience for you and your guests, time and planning are needed. There are a few steps behind every successful event, and it all starts with you.

Once you feel the urge to have a night of cooking off or time to try something new, you e-mail or call us. From there we set up a meeting to sit down with the chef and plan your menu. Every detail will be discussed, and every dish refined. Should you have a menu already picked out, great! Should you want a little more surprise we will build one from scratch. A deposit is taken, and we are all set.

Should you be interested in wine paring, cocktail service or any other special add on to your night, we know how to please. There is no limit to the level of pleasure or fun you can create in your own home.

On the day of your event, we come with everything you have asked. Linens, plate ware, glass ware, cutlery, the food, serving staff, necessary equipment, knives, cleaning supplies. You name it, we provide it. We take up as much space in your fridge as we discuss and use the counters you have. Without any need for your involvement we create magic.

Another difference to our process, if you want to be involved come along! Wish to learn? Why not??! We don’t want you to feel forced out of your own kitchen, please come and be entertained by our lively chef and the wonders of food. Why else do we watch cooking videos on YouTube?

Once everyone is fed and happily satisfied, we clean and clear and get out of your hair. We leave you with any of the unused ingredients and leave you and your guests with a special gift. In Home Fine Dine is your personal catering service where we come to your home to cook your food. They way we differ from “conventional” caterers, is by doing all the work in your home. No premade, precooked, proportioned food brought hot or cold to you from some far-off location. We bring the ingredients to you raw, uncooked and unfrozen.

We don’t have a storage facility or off-site kitchen to house old food for you to eat on your special day. We take the time, care and attention to make it fresh, in-front of you and on the day you eat. We know that freshly cooked food is better tasting, more nutritious and much more fun. With our approach we can show you and even teach you the steps and process of everything we make for your guests. No hidden ingredients, no poor temperature control, no mistakes. We produce quality right in your home.

The team of In Home Fine Dine is made up of a Chef and his loyal team off associates. Together, they make the night you have read about and thought of, wow and amaze your guests and yourself. Once you see the ease and relaxed feel that we provide from the moment we enter your door, there is no going back. From simple intimate nights, family holiday feasts, cocktail parties, finger food to plated multi course meals. As your personal chef, we do it all.
