As the Chef and Owner of Bistro Ember in San Francisco, I bring over 15 years of culinary expertise garnered from experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels. My culinary journey began with a formal education in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Pamukkale University, followed by a Master's degree at Canakkale University in Turkey. At Bistro Ember, I lead with creativity and a deep respect for seasonal ingredients. I also offer personalized private chef services, collaborating closely with clients to curate bespoke menus that reflect their unique tastes, dietary preferences, and culinary aspirations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
Booked Chef D to cater my intimate wedding reception. It was a bit of a last minute request so I was extremely appreciative of his flexibility. We had mixed salad, steak, lamb, salmon, and Turkish coffee cake. My guests loved the food and I was a happy bride. Will be hiring and recommending his services to all I know.
I hired Chef Deniz to cook for a party of 13 people. I requested a 4-course meal for the event and indicated a few dietary restrictions (e.g gluten free/no seafood) items). He was very communicative, professional and really went above and beyond to cater to our requests. Food turned out amazing and everyone seemed to enjoy their food! Would definitely hire him again for future events!
