Privé Catering is a catering service that offers savory food and great customer service. It's that simple. The aspiring chef, Trent Smith is currently attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. The foundation of Privé is creole French cuisine but is not limited to that alone. We cater parties, private dinners, and big events. We want to be apart of your favorite memories.
It was a total pleasure working with Trent & his staff. From setting up the menu to the event, it went flawless. The selection to choose from was really varied. The food was excellent. Our employees came in to the office the Monday after the party & there was a lot of talk about the food. Jumbalaya was a favorite, but there were compliments on all the selections. Look forward to working with Trent on our next event.
Loved the menu choices. We enjoyed working with them to make the best choices for budget and food preferences. Very flexible, willing to make dishes not even listed on menu, and the food tasted great.
