Dr. James Chitwood is an Army veteran, a former university president, and a professor. His debut book, Leadership is Not Enough, is an operations guide to creating a performance culture. His talks focus on the power of combining training, recognition, accountability, and communication into a single organizational strategy. Any of these topics can be broken out into a single presentation to meet the needs of the audience. Dr. James’ doctoral dissertation in organizational leadership studied the connection between leadership, job satisfaction, and job performance. He lives in a Chicago suburb with his wife and two dogs. On most days you can find his English Bulldog snoring underneath his desk.
