We are here to help you plan and execute your event and are here to help you with all the small details. If you are interested in booking Quantum Sound for your event, we kindly will ask the following questions:

1. What type of Event are you planning?
2. Is the event indoors or outdoor? If outdoors, do you wish to have Quantum Sound subcontract staging and/or tents for your event?
3. What is the main goal(s) of your event, specifically what atmosphere are you looking for.

With this information we will work on a custom quote for your event, and work within our pricing tier system to make sure you are getting the best value for your money while making your event everything you want!

Upon booking of the event, we will reach out to ask a few more questions such as pictures of the onsite location, electricity availability, and other related questions to your specific event.

The week of your event, we will contact you to confirm arrival time, and to verify any last-minute details!

Quantum Sound can provide appropriate PA and lighting for any sized event from small backyard parties to weddings to large outdoor city festival and events. As each event is unique, please specify the event type, expected party size, location (indoors/outdoors), and available power and stage locations. We will work with you for your event and/or special occasion to make it perfect!
