We will have the casino tables set up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to any guests arriving at your event so timing is a need to know for us. If you are having a cocktail hour, buffet or sit down dinner prior to the casino entertainment opening, we are in the need to know. For example, if your guests are arriving at 6, we will have it set up by 5:30. But if they will be eating and having cocktails first, then we will not open the casino tables until 7:30 and go until 10:30 with the casino being open. We want you and your guests to have 3 full hours of playing time and be able to enjoy our services.

We need sufficient lighting to be able to see in order to play the casino games with you and your guests at your event. Nothing special. Just normal lighting.
