I'm so thankful to have found Rachel to play at my wedding! She played beautifully, knew exactly where to queue the music, and was able to adjust timing on the fly when the actual event went differently than the rehearsal. Speaking of rehearsal, she offered to attend the rehearsal the day before too! I was nervous to book through GigSalad, as I had never heard of it before, but it was easy and I could not have asked for a better outcome. All around a 5 star experience!

Hi, we found Rachel Sargent on gig salad to play piano for our wedding ceremony. This was our first time using gig salad, and the whole process went great. Rachel was responsive to our initial inquiry. She gave us concrete information about what she had to offer as well as specific pricing for a quote. This was particularly helpful for us because we were planning from out of town.

After we accepted her proposal, Rachel followed up with information about music for the service. She was great about giving some general guidance but leaving room for specific preferences we had for the event. Finally at the event itself, she was both professional and personable. All the things you expect: she showed up, she was prepared, she made the experience more meaningful rather than being something we had to worry about. On top of that, she was great with kids. We had some children carry flowers, and they were late arriving for the rehearsal because their family also was coming in from out of town. Rachel handled everything in stride and not only didn't say anything to them about it being a problem but made sure they felt welcome after a long car ride.

We would happily contact Rachel again for future engagements.
