Everyone loved his music and song writing ability and the song he wrote just for us to conclude his presentation got him a standing ovation. Erik has made a name for himself by going viral on social media writing silly song parodies in ten minutes. But his own story is much more serious and inspirational as he shares lessons about risk-taking, collaboration and leadership working around the world with everyone from small businesses to charities to Hollywood superstars. Watching Erik speak was incredible as he seamlessly shifted between storytelling, audience engagement and finally writing a parody song on-the-spot about one of the conference leaders. Funny, Inspiring, Entertaining and full of practical lessons we can all take into our daily team meetings.

Erik does a great job of using video, storytelling and live music to teach a crowd about the creative process. My team learned a lot about breaking out of their routines and looking at projects differently. This guy is great!

Erik was so awesome at our annual training conference. His unique take on how to incorporate your own style of creativity into your business was so insightful.
