Hi Laura: Thank you for your feedback. While all of our many options are available to view on our profile, it is understandable that you are feeling this way. Often, when one kids picks a specific design or balloon, many kids decide they want the same design, which can make it feel like there isn't much of a variety going around. We make an effort to connect with each child, and especially while face painting: I myself had lots of great interactions with excited kids while doing the face painting for your event. I was also able to do designs that some kids requested that were not on our options board to give kids an extra big smile. We are able to adjust our options to suite a clients needs, and we were not aware you were looking for anything in specific for your event. We are sad you didn't reach out to us directly with your frustrations.
