We couldn't have done better than to have Ray Allen play at my daughter's wedding. He called several times between the time we booked him and the event to share advice and to make sure he understood our wishes. In the parts of our plan where we weren't sure what kind of music would be best, he assured us that from his experience he would size up the crowd and the mood, and play appropriately. That's exactly what he did, and he played beautifully. He was very much a part of the spirit of the event. Several times I saw guest stopping by to chat with him. He came with and set up all the equipment he needed, keyboard, speakers, mixer, etc. His compensation rate was more than reasonable. Thanks, Ray!!
