Four individuals Based out of the "BOLD" Buckeye City whose friendship has lasted over two decades, has set their priority to “reeling in” fans while maintaining themselves through the art of being “real.” REI’s original songs are a fueled hip-hop/pop/rap/house sound derived by blending the four unique musical backgrounds of Nathaniel "Nate So?" Reynolds (emcee/song writer), John “J Booch” Bucci (emcee/song writer), Chad T Blackburn (emcee/song writer)' and Austen “Koncept” Medek(composer/DJ)! With this combined talent and skill, they exploded in the clubs and developed a strong loyal fan base. The group embodies a gifted combination of inherent talent, passion, heart and the determination to succeed. Their movement is continuing to grow due to their excessive development and will do whatever it takes to remain relevant in today's music scene! They Have performed Nationwide and have had radio airplay in 3 different states! Have released an album titled "Whatever It Takes" and have recently released the mix tape "Remain Relevant" and are currently working on some new material.

Nathaniel Reynolds. An unsigned artist who uses his talents to lead and not follow, he shares a life of perception that is worth more than material gain. Nate’s dedication and determination of over nine years to his life’s work can be felt through his music and seen in his strong work ethic. He is the epitome of a song writer, spoken word artist, and emcee. He is unique in his own form and can never be duplicated. He is Nate so? So what!?

John is an unsigned artist who loves to entertain. A great talent who takes great pride in the music that he creates. Many performers want to be known for reasons of fame and fortune, where as John shares his talents in music because it is his calling. Every song John performs, he paints a picture that others can relateto in their own lives. Her performances will leave you breathless.

Austen Medek, He was raised in urban Columbus where as a child, he soon discovered that he could always express his emotions through music. As a child, he was always taught to never let go of your dream despite your circumstance. Austen comes from generations of musical talent. Austen and Nate grew up as childhood friends and their close friendship lead to the two forming a duo. He is now the producer for Real Em' In and has the ability to produce the sounds of today's mainstream music and the sounds of the underground. He is no doubt the beat the Real Em' In moves to.

Chad Thomas Blackburn, born November 17 th 1983 in Columbus OH-IO, is an original founding member of Real Em In Ltd. Chad is about giving back to the community through music and sharing experience with listeners and fans. His lyrics are original and complex, and he thrives on getting better at his craft on a daily basis.He believes that providing an outlet for todays youth is important because any kid that grows up going through hard times can relate to the music of others who went through the same struggles. He has many influences that have made his drive and talent what it is today, but the biggest one is the people inside Real Em In. Family over everything....that's SWASS
