As a business owner, Steve has spent his career dealing with Sales, Leadership and Business problems by Bouncing Back from Adversity. He’s failed over and over and over again. He’s faced bankruptcy, turned his business around and as a result, he’s had the opportunity to help organizations create success strategies by increasing high-level relationships with their customers, clients and their own people.
Out of a network of over 500 businesses, Steve’s company retained the number one position for seven years. Through a weekly talk show, he’s had the opportunity to understand the minds of highly successful individuals as he’s interviewed over 500 CEO’s at the top of their field and wrote a business book on sales success.
Steve has helped hundreds develop a systematic Battle Plan by working with them to develop the steps toward Relentless Performance which shows these organizations how to bring Discipline to both Leadership Teams and Sales Organizations, and their Culture.
…and speaking of discipline, after initially failing in martial arts, Steve achieved the rank of 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, in addition to becoming an instructor by doubling down on his workouts. He’s now an 8th degree black belt in Relentless Performance!
