Kat Parker has spent 20 years, NYC bred, mastering the Art Of Hair. She is a cruelty free artist, who has mastered the art of organic and low chemical hair. Kat has worked on 5th Ave & the UWS at Trump Plaza. Kat has been in American Salon Magazine, the largest hair magazine in the U.S. and her Editorial work has been supported by PETA, John Paul Mitchell Pet, Surface Hair.
