Ralph was extremely professional, accommodating and exceeded my expectations. I literally let him take full creative control, and he did not miss a beat. He created a video trailer for my Book Launch at Barnes and Noble and it got me extremely emotional. Everyone else that saw it ( those who were present and those who were absent) said that he captured the essence of the book launch. And the turn around time was extremely fast.
