Came to our town event. Lots of fun, great music, engaged with the crowd and fun "trivia" that those of 7s grew up in!!!

Saw this band at Linden Square and they were GREAT. Lots of great music and very entertaining. Can't wait till the next show.

Our audience at the SantaCaliGon Days Festival loved this group so much! They were very entertaining and many attendees sang along to the music we all know and love---the 80's! They were totally awesome! We loved having them and can't wait to have them back for a future performance. Party on!

Our annual Convention attendees enjoyed rocking to the 80's music. Great band, very easy to work with. Fun songs to dance to.

We had RetroActive here two years ago and knew we had to have them come back. And boy did they come back. They were outstanding BOTH TIMES! Our crowd thoroughly enjoyed the event and by the end of the evening the dance floor was packed full of 80s music lovers. Total professionals, total performers, total musicians... totally awesome band.

Great sound from vocals and instruments.....lively and entertaining for our two hour outdoor concert. All ages enjoyed themselves! Communications ahead of time were detailed and professional. We would definately have them perform for our community again in the future! Note: a non-profit arts organization contracted for this concert to provide free attendance for the community's enjoyment. The concert was family-friendly.

We booked Retro@ctive for our event and we absolutely loved every second of our time with them! We could not be more pleased with our experience with RetroActive. Our crowd, while slow to warm up, was on their feet and begging for more by the end of the night. As soon as the event was over, we already had people asking us to bring them back -- and soon. The band is professional, and yet easy going and a delight to work with. We highly recommend them and can't wait to have them here again!

Booked RetroActive to perform at my daughter's Sweet 16 party (she LOVES the 80s) and I couldn't have been more pleased with the talent and professionalism. They played all the top hits and kept us on the floor all night! I highly recommend RetroActive for any venue or occasion. AMAZING!!!

This is one of my all time favorite bands. If you love 80s music and having a good time, this is your band! Love my 80s music and love Retroactive! They are super professional to work with and just a fun band.

RetroActive played last evening at my daughters wedding and just plainly Rocked it! The dance floor was packed all night - the crowd was energized and everyone had a great time. Best of all, each member is an excellent musician and perfectly recreated "our" music from the 80's. If you want a sure fire way to have a wedding or party the guests will remember - book them!!! We all enjoyed every minute of the night and thanks for allowing me to join you on stage for a couple songs! Thanks, RetorActive, for making this a wedding all of us will remember forever!

The music was spot on, the band was great to work with and the dance floor was hopping. This was the first time in a long time we had employees stick around til the end of the event. Would highly recommend Retro Active!

RetroActive - Kansas City is wonderful! They performed at the retirement party for our company's president a couple of months ago and they were awesome! I love 80s music and they did a great job! They performed a lot of songs from a wide range of artists and every one of them sounded great. I hope to get to see them again sometime and would highly recommend them.

Retroactive was incredible. The group seemed to have a lot of fun together and they aren't only performing one kind of 80s music. Their arsenal of 80s jams is so diverse and they really engage the audience.

Retro Active Lite played our 1st concert of the 2018 Summer season within our open air pavillion at Haymarket Square in downtown Leavenworth. The band is excellent - from our initial contacts, to set up, to them dressing in 80's garb, to the actual performance! They played to approximately 200 people who thoroughly enjoyed the 80's music, with many dancing. A great hit. Thanks, Wendy Scheidt

Took my daughter to see this band in Leavenworth my daughter who is obsessed with anime actually had fun she was singing every song granted didn't stand up and dance but danced in her chair best mother daughter experience ever

If you are hosting an 80's party - you NEED this band. They are so much fun & know how to entertain a party! They play the part and had our country club members up dancing the whole night!

I can't say enough good things about RetroActive - their sound, their setlist, their overall performance - it truly is 'a totally awesome tribute to the music of the 80s'!
The band engaged the crowd and had the dance floor full all night. Their long sets and quickly transitioning from song to song kept the party going! From Maddona to Poison to Motley Crue, each and every song sounded like the original and their wide range of songs was absolutely impressive.
I look forward to future events where I can book RetroActive!

I needed a band for my husband's 50th B-day Surprise Party! I googled "80's Bands" and found RetroActive! I met with Marc and immediately felt like I had made a good decision!
They showed up, set up, and the rest is history!!
They were fantastic!!! Everyone at the party was so impressed! They were hilarious, had fun with the audience and most of all were excellent singers!!
One of the best things was how they engaged the kids. It's hard to find a band who spend most of their time playing to adults to come in and do so well with little kids!! That was something that I was so touched by!!!
I'm telling you, if you need a fun, energetic and truly great sounding local band, this is the band!!! Most people plan a party then find a band, we have the band and are now planning another party just because of them!!! Thank you!!

RetroActive is a super great 80's band! They know how to put together a play list that keeps everyone dancing, singing and entertained. Love this band!

I'm a Board member of the Kansas City Metro Bike Club. I was the Ride captain for our recent Northland Nightmare club ride done in conjunction with NKC Parks and Rec. I had not heard of this band before. The band was terrific. The songs flowed effortlessly as the crowd heard hits from the 80's. Vocals and instrumentals were strong as the band moved from Journey to Michael Jackson. A personal favorite, Love Shack got me on the dance floor. I would recommend to anyone. Vance Preman

What a great band. These guys had our town event rocking! They customized their set-list based on our event's demographics, which turned out great. Our audience was slow to catch on at first and then after the band welcomed them on stage, it was all ON! The kids loved it and their parents danced. Considering they had to travel 5 hours to get here, the price was right and it was a good value. Strongly suggest booking these guys.

On 2-21-15 CancerviveKC featured Retroactive at the Passé Prom-A-Palooza. If you are planning a retro themed party look no farther than Retroactive. The dance floor never stopped rocking and at the end of their set our crowd was chanting,"one more song!" A truly wonderful group of individuals that will make your event unforgettable.

Retroactive did an awesome job at our company Christmas Party. They kept everyone entertained and on the dance floor. They had an awesome play list! If anyone is ever looking for an 80s Band I would highly suggest them. They did a fantastic job!!!

Arkalalah was so lucky to have found RetroActive! They are an amazing band and were a pleasure to work with. We contacted RetroActive in 2011 with a crazy idea. We wanted them to perform from the back of a moving semi-truck....at the end of a parade. They were to be the last "float" to travel down the parade route to a pre-determined point where they would stop and perform a concert in the streets. Now you may have never heard of Arkalalah, but where we come from it's a really big deal. For the Big Saturday parade there are 35,000 people lining the streets. I think RetroActive thought we might have been a little crazy when we asked them to do this...but they agreed and approached the project whole heartedly. It ended up being a HUGE success! People danced in the streets and sang along with the band. It was the talk of the town for weeks. So when planning for the next year began people in the community expressed they definitely wanted RetroActive back. The festival has had them back every year since. They are definitely worth every penny and I would absolutely hire them again.

Retroactive was the second band to play for the Crawfish Boil I planned for May 31st. They were in constant communication before and after the event and were easy to work with. They were fun and kept the crown entertained for a 4 hour set. The client really enjoyed them!!
