Rick was responsive and communicative prior to the event ensuring he had an understanding of our event and preferences. He let me know when he was headed to the event and showed up on time with everything he needed to set up promptly and get the party started. He was welcoming to guests and took requests for songs. He played to the crowd and was a pleasure to work with!

We had our caller for an hour and everyone enjoyed it- however some people wished that it was more complex and fast paced so that we couldn’t have gotten much more out of our 1 hour long time. 1 hour wasn’t enough we were having too much fun!

Had Rick come to Oakdale 4-H's Christmas Party. The members had fun ages from 5 to 18. Loved the square dancing and all the other dances requested by the kids.

I was planning my wedding and reception, it was to be held in a barn and thought Square dancing would top the evening off perfectly. I had little experience so was looking for someone to teach/perform very basic or beginner level. Rick was recommended to me and I was fortunate enough to find he had an opening on the date I needed him. He was very prompt at responding to my inquiries and communication and very easy with him.
He set up and got work right away at the reception. Rick was encouraging, patient and provided an added bonus of humor as he worked the crowd. Several of us danced, not very well I might add but we did have a wonderful time doing so. The square dancing wasn't a huge hit with the crowd so without my prompting, he switched it up and played dance music that every age could enjoy.
I was really pleased with his performance and emcee ability and his willingness to roll with the punches made it stress free and fun the guests and myself.
I highly recommend Rick and feel he would be a great feature to add at any event you needed entertainment for.

Square dancing isn't always how the movie portray it. Rick makes it fun and interesting. Went to a benefit dance for a local theater and had a blast. He is very charasmatic and just a great guy.

Rick has both of these, in boat loads :-) We can't wait for our club's dance sessions - twice a month on Thursday nights except for February when they're every Thursday night and free - where we can laugh, get some great exercise, enjoy some delicious snacks and actually feel like we're becoming better dancers! All you need to provide is a table,Shade is a MUST for medical reasons and dry if an outdoor event and electricity ran to it-I handle the rest.-You have no worries.
Parking for 1 car at or very near the table/stage is a MUST. Loading docks are fine if the car stays there thruout!
