I play guitar and sing (James Taylor, John Denver, Neil Young, and similar styles). I do much original music, contemporary Christian, and positive, family friendly songs.
Rick is a Fantastic professional And talented guitar player and songwriter who accommodated every possible need that I had to produce the music I had in mind unselfishly and Above and beyond expectation!!!
Everyone loved Rick! He did an absolutely amazing job - and can sing like you wouldn't believe! I received many, many compliments. He showed up early and played the entire time. He didn't even take a break. I will definitely use Rick for any future bookings. Highly recommended.
Response from Rick Roberts:
Thanks for your kind words. I enjoyed it immensely.

I do a mix of upbeat, ballads, blues, country, rock. I don't do music that is off-color or vulgar or contains four-letter words. (I sometimes change words to clean up a song.) I like to have fun when I perform, so interaction with the audience often happens, when called for. I do a lot of songs from the 60's, but newer songs as well, and also some originals.
I have been singing since early childhood, picked up guitar at age 16, and went professional at age 20. At 22 I became a Christian and left professional entertainment for the ministry. I have continued to sing and play and enjoy it immensely. I have have performed in many venues and enjoy interacting with a crowd. My style includes blues, rock, ballads, southern rock and country (and even hymns if you like). I do not sing songs that include vulgar language or subject matter. I guarantee you'll enjoy my music. I'm on YouTube as Rick on a mission.
