Riley Hill, Singer and Guitarist

Riley Hill has been performing and recording music in the San Francisco bay area since 2010. Cutting his teeth playing traditional bluegrass music in bars and venues all over the west coast, he began branching out and playing in several different bands focusing on different genres. As a member of groups like "One Grass Two Grass" (Folk Rock, Americana), Electric Tumbleweed (Outlaw Country, Jam Rock), Grassomoxoa (Grateful Dead Bluegrass) and his own band "Riley Hill and Brand New Still" (Traditional Bluegrass), Hill has covered plenty of musical ground. Riley has performed as a solo act at numerous local venues and held down monthly residencies at The Rio Nido Roadhouse in Rio Nido, CA and the Hopland Tap in Hopland, CA. He has shared the stage with many notable artists such as Peter Rowan, David Nelson (New Riders of the Purple Sage) and Vince Herman (Leftover Salmon). Riley began performing as a solo act around 2022 and has learned to tailor his setlist and playing to match the setting and audience he is performing for. From bluegrass instrumentals to jazz standards, to country sing-alongs and heartfelt originals.. Riley Hill covers the spectrum.
