Summary: Features the growing importance of reputation/image management in this day of “digital everything.” The goal is to fuel a mindfulness about the fact that there is so little room for a "what was I thinking moment," online or off, before it could become attached to you "forever and for all to see," one mouse click away. That's especially alarming with the increasing pressure and temptation to share details of our lives, as well as our "thoughts," with the world on a regular basis. It is based on Catherine’s own story of global humiliation, online style, that got her invited to appear on shows like Oprah, Good Morning America, Inside Edition, The O'Reilly Factor.

On the cautionary side, the program is empowering, providing actionable steps to protect yourself, on a personal and professional level, from digital/social media drama.

On the inspirational side, the presentation provides hope for overcoming such situations as Catherine shares her P.A.C.T. strategy for rising above. Too many people believe their lives and careers are over when something like a post, picture, email or text goes bad. It doesn't have to be that way.

Summary: The goal is to inspire and motivate. It features the importance of defining your self-identity through finding the value in all of life’s experiences, good and bad, and making them count. Too often we dwell on our mistakes, and our tumult focusing on exclusively the negative attached to those situations. With that, it’s so common to beat ourselves up with remorse, regret, and guilt. This program sheds new perspective on the merit of those tough times and mistakes.

This program is highly interactive using a number of group and individual activities. It’s cautionary in highlighting the risks of giving too much power to the wrong aspects of life. It’s empowering in demonstrating how to reframe those experiences to make them count for something good.

Summary: The goal is to develop and polish performance skill sets needed to be the clearest, effective and engaging presenter you can be, whether it’s on-camera, on a stage, or simply in the company conference room. The program focuses on everything from basic visual, vocal and interactive technique, to learning and mastering the details that can make you stand out.

The “hands-on,” exercise-driven training can take place in-person, one-on-one, or with small groups, as well as online through services such as Zoom and Skype.

Catherine Bosley is an author, two-time Emmy award-nominated, and Associated Press Award-winning TV anchor and reporter. That includes thirty years of on-camera and public speaking experience, with powerful and thought-provoking messages to share with the world. After her successful TEDx Talk, and with the founding of her own business, CJB Productions, LLC, speaking has become her passion and priority, along with coaching others on on-camera presentation skills. The Cleveland area native is known for her “down-to-earth” style, authenticity, and versatility. Her audiences range from more intimate groups of a couple dozen to national conference packed houses and from high school students to corporate executives.

Catherine's presentations captivate and enlighten by drawing on her own life-changing, cautionary, yet inspirational tale, that got her invited to appear on shows like Good Morning America, Inside Edition, and Oprah. Armed with unique insight, Catherine’s programs empower others with new perspective, techniques, and tools to take on some of today’s most pressing personal and professional challenges with renewed resilience.
