- We try to think and incorporate the smallest detail. For example, you might have 150 vendors at your event that are relying on your show to be a success, but you will put them into a great mood if you offer them complimentary coffee to help keep them ready to go.
- We believe that performances need to be high quality. Artists must deliver the promise of great performances onstage and complete professionalism offstage for us to keep them on our roster.

As a family based business, Rock 'n' Roll Company is a creative think tank for everything that will help make an event immersive and memorable. We have been creating events for a variety of corporations for close to 30 years and recently ventured out into our own space to build events that we love.
- Denise is the one that will work on your logistics and the paperwork that goes with your event. She watches and jumps in for all of the oversight of the event. She has been building events for 30 years ranging from corporate events and weddings to festivals and circuses.
- Jay will help build your creative entertainment as your Creative Director. She has developed a variety of relevant shows and grounds attractions that have been seen worldwide. A former Young American, talent teacher, and an active professional singer - she gives each project a unique approach. Whether you are looking for a band or a specific show her range is from circuses to rock bands and everything in between. She has been developing shows and productions from scratch for over a decade ranging from small dinner theater to large stage concerts.
- Johnny will be key-point for your vendors and suppliers at the event. He does a great job of communicating with vendors and guests to make sure that everything is running smoothly and that there is easy visibility when you have a question. Johnny has been a general manager for events for about 30 years.
- Dean will help build any technical needs for your event. From custom projections to basic sound, he is ready to help. His technical work has been used on a variety of projects for over five years.
- Brando will help with Instagram footage of your event and trying to make sure that key points are memorialized in video. Brando has worked in the film and production industry in Los Angeles for most of his life.
- The rest of the team for the day of the event is carefully curated to fit specific needs. Whether they are subcontractors or staff, our team is carefully vetted so you only get the best of the best at your event.
