A traditional and original bluegrass band you can square dance to or just sit back and enjoy listening to. Note: we are not a jam band, we play music with the intent of honoring our heroes while moving our audience and satisfying our own musical souls.
JT and his bandmates were an absolute blast at our wedding reception! JT was especially great to work with and came out before our event date to walk an unusual landscape and determine best spots. On the day of, his group of four showed up and put on an amazing bluegrass show for our wedding reception guests in the perfect musical accompaniment to lift the energy of the party. They walked the property, played in different spots, and even moved inside for an impromptu session in our living room while a bit of weather came through. Highly recommend connecting with JT and Rowdy Mountain to add some fun and great music to your day!

We loved having Rowdy Mountain at our wedding! The music was wonderful! They even worked up a cover of Time After Time to play while our friends sang. It was really special.

I picked this band just because of the name. I saw one YouTube video of them that I didn't like very much but I really wanted a bluegrass band at my wedding so I rolled the dice. Wow, did I come out lucky. The band is amazing. They are very professional and quick to respond to any questions, and very accommodating. Their music is AMAZING and so fun to dance to, listen to, and watch. It's also not too distracting so guests can still talk. They made my wedding a special, perfect day.
We just had a three piece but they did amazing for our non-profit event. Every musician came up and asked how I found them. They where also complimented all night on how amazing of musicians they all are. Looking forward to hearing them again.
Rowdy Mountain was unreservedly perfect. They made magic with their talent, kindness, and collective experience that made our wedding fun, carefree and enjoyable. They were great at reading social cues, and knowing when to play and when to rest - all without having someone guide them. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This group is amazing… I had high hopes, but they exceeded them in all the ways! First off— talented artists with unique, and traditional sound all in one. We hired them for our outdoor reception and they were a perfect fitZ Great music, energy, flexible, and fun! They even learned a song for my husband and I, and played it soooooo beautifully. I hope I’m lucky enough to see them again sometime!
