Hired Andrew at Royal Flush provide casino tables for a six figure corporate event. We had two poker, craps and roulette tables, and six blackjack tables. He insisted he was familiar with the venue in Downtown Disney, then balked at delivery protocol and complained throughout the planning process at the venue requirements conveyed to him. He was not responsive and often seemed annoyed with communicating about the event. While the dealers were dressed nicely, he was dressed casually for the event and appeared disheveled.
My clients had poker chips made with their logos to use in the event, he said it was a headache to include them. The number of tables he said we needed for the event turned out to be too many, when I reduced one he still charged for it and did not remove the extra dealer from the quote. Then he tried to add more billing at the end for parking, when he had received fifteen fully comped parking passes from the venue. His employee CHASED me around the party with a clipboard as I was still working, demanding payment while the party was still active. When the party ended, she pushed past providers who needed to be paid to again demand payment. I wrote her a check for the balance due, but when I refused to add more funding for the parking, a $120 discrepancy, she became combative and would not allow me to pay the other event providers, causing overtime payments to have to be issued. She said she would send Andrew to discuss it with me as I had at least a dozen other providers waiting to be paid. Asked her to have him call me after the party to resolve, instead she sent Andrew to interrupt the close of the event, he unprofessionally interjected himself as my clients were trying to settle their venue bill, and caused such a scene that after multiple times of asking him to leave, I finally had to resort to having him removed by Disney security. Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL party vendor I have ever met, I would never work with this company again. While the dealers were wonderful, Andrew’s behavior in front of my clients and their guests cost them a generous tip that had been reserved for them. I have never left a negative review for any event service provider in 14 years of business. Word to the wise: AVOID THIS HORRIBLY RUN COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Response from Royal Flush Casino Events:
I worked this event, and managed events for Royal Flush. It's obvious Christie's expectations were not met. Her time constraint and package were the issues. I'll lay them out:
1. Disney access did not allow sufficient time to meet Christie's desired start time.
2. Christie's event required a lot of changes. Modifying, adding and deleting requirements multiple times daily. The changes became befuddled. A final contract should have been signed.
3. At the event, we received a dozen boxes of client chips with a request to integrate them with casino chips. This would delay start time, and require up to 60 minutes to segregate at the end. The extra time was not agreed to.
4. The signed contract is the overarching driver for the event. Last minute changes will try to be accomodated. But it is unfair to not pay an on time deale when he's dropped last minute. Usually we will eat the cost of of last minute equipment changes.
5. It's unfair for dealers to wait for their checks or parking passes. Our contract requires payment on completion. Christie was unavailable until after her party ended, over an hour after the casino closed. Our dealers waited unpaid.
tl:dr. Christie was the unfortunate middleman trying to meet her client's wants with casino reality. Our dealers work by the hour. so waiting to be paid or for parking passes is unfair. Next time please have payment and parking passes at the ready. Add time cushion to accomodate changes. You'll get there.
Sorry for your experience.

What you and your guests will be expecting:
On the event day, you will have already received an event timeline that states when the delivery crew is set to arrive. When we are en route, we will text you our ETA for your comfort. We will arrive and have everything completely set up at least a half hour BEFORE the casino start time (meaning we typically arrive at least an hour and a half before the start time to set everything up).
Our event leader will be in contact with your event point person and will once again, ensure all of the planned details are accurate and make changes, if needed. Before the event starts we will have already provided you with funny money bills for everyone in attendance to play with (typically passed out at the check in or their arrival of the party). Just like at a Vegas table, the guests turn in the "cash" and they receive their playing chips. They will use those throughout the night. Once we have called last hand (typically 15 minutes before the contracted end time), we ask the players to turn in their chips. Typically there are prizes at the end of a casino night and they can be distributed in one of two ways:
1: For every set amount of chips they have (typically 100 or 500 in chips), they get a raffle ticket. And we round up. So lets say it was 1 ticket for every 100 and a guest had 825 in chips, they would receive 9 raffle tickets. No need to worry, we do provide the raffle tickets as well. This is our preferred method of handling prizes.
2: We can have a "top chip" prize winner. Whoever has the most chips, they receive a raffle prize (or first pick of prizes) and it can go to any number of positions (as long as there is enough prizes). This method is not as preferred as it can be a "popularity contest" if there are guests who leave early for any reason.
After the casino closes and prizes are dealt with, we typically begin the break down process and start breaking down the casino equipment. After everything is broken down and our staff has departed, we will follow up via email by the following business day to ensure everything was to your satisfaction, or address any comments or concerns that you have.
Looking forward to serving you.

We are a client AND employee first organization. We provide you with a fair price for an exceptional event because we treat our employees right. Dealers are happy, enthusiastic and dedicated to making your night the very best.
Legal
We are registered with the State of California as a legal party supply gaming operation. You can feel assured that your event is a legitimate event and that we will provide you a risk free night of gaming. We do have insurance – general, auto, and worker’s comp (available upon request).
Company History
Royal Flush Casino Events began in 2019 when owner Andrew Holcomb purchased Casino Knights. Holcomb spent many years as a dealer and operations manager for some of the largest casino rental companies in Southern California. His experiences led him to discover many deficiencies and staffing problems within the industries. Holcomb knew there was a better way to bring exceptional party experience to clients while providing a safe and desirable place for dealer employees to work. Thus began, Royal Flush Casino Events! Our 5 Star Yelp status also speak for itself. Let us show you what a reliable company that treats both its employees and its customers to the highest standards, please reach out to us and book your event now.
Our services are typically low maintenance. We can set up almost anywhere. We typically need decent lighting or advance notice of any lighting issue (we do have emergency lights, but it always helps to know that they are needed). One other side note, since many attending players are learning how to play, being able to hear the dealers is crucial to maximize overall enjoyment of our casino services. It would be best to have the DJ/sound system/musical act as comfortably far away from the casino tables as possible.
Aside from basic lighting or lower volume, our casino tables do not require electricity, are portable enough to fit most elevators, or also be inside or outside.
Lighting (or let us know if we need to bring lighting)
Further away from sound systems or DJs (better player experience if they can hear the dealers)
Need to know parking instructions for dealers/delivery crew.
Delivery instructions (ie freight elevator, cart access, outdoor lawns, etc.)
