Our mission is to bring interesting, current, progressive sounding music to the masses, but with lyrics that will pull people up, instead of pushing them down. Ron was born in Dallas, TX and stated playing guitar at the age of 10 with a Fender Mustang electric guitar. Over the years, Ron recorded music tracks for radio, TV & local artists in his recording studio called Long Canyon Sound. Ron likes sailing, fishing, camping, traveling and of course, writing and playing music.
Mike was born in Harlingen, TX and grew up in Oak Cliff near Dallas. He started playing bass at the age of 22 and has played throughout Texas and Oklahoma for many years. In 1990 he gave his life to the Lord and started playing exclusively for him.
Mark hails from San Francisco and is a veteran guitar player who plays monster licks on his various guitars. He also is an accomplished lead and back up vocalist and music arranger/producer. Mark used to play in secular rock bands, but now plays for the Lord and loves every second of it. Mark resides in Rockwall after moving to the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
Leigh is our newest member and has been a welcome addition to Ruby Likes Red. He has a good ear for music and is an expert, experienced drummer with over 30 years of experience.
