We recieved tons of compliments on the bartender Melinda (5 stars)! She was fast, professional, personable, and made sure everyone had a great time. The staff helped us flip our ceremony area to the reception area and with the oversight of our wedding planner, they did a really good job. However, I was told they did not refill water, they refilled wine once and many guests had to go to the bar to get glasses of water/wine, which made Melinda's job a little more difficult. They also allowed dirty, unused plates to stack up for a while, and had to be told by our wedding planner to clear the plates. All-in-all they were polite to the guests, great job with our biggest concern (the flipping), but they would get 3 stars for actual service.

I paid for 2 waitstaff but only got one . The gentleman did great but we definitely could have used second waitstaff .I'm I getting a refund for the second waitstaff that did not show up ?

Jennifer and Kennedy did an outstanding job. From following our instructions to keeping a keen eye on what they could do to make our guests comfortable and solving problems in regard to clean-up, I was very impressed and happy! I will recommend Rubylemon. Thank you.

Our 2 servers did a great job and were so nice and friendly. They made our guests feel very cared for and helped us restore order to our apartment after the "storm".

We hired 3 waitstaff for our wedding day. We had heard from our wedding coordinator, vendors and staff that the team that came was not proactive and wasn’t very helpful in the tasks asked to do. A lot of the time we did see some standing around not doing things on their own to help clean, pour drinks, etc unless asked. From what I was told from the people involved in my wedding, they definitely needed improvement in helping as our waitstaff. They didn’t seem to care much.

The service staff was early, attentive, friendly and constantly flexible to the changing needs. 5 star service! I will definitely usenthem again! Thank you so much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The two waitstaff that Rubylemon sent to my event were great!! They served the buffet style meal, cleared tables, put away the leftovers, served cake and cleaned up. All with very little direction. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will entertain with Rubylemon again!

Cary helped with our rehearsal dinner/welcome part for my son’s wedding. He arrived a few minutes early and went right to work, needing little guidance. He anticipated our every need throughout the evening and everyone raved about how personal and professional he was. We would hire him again in an instant.

Very professional. We ran out of bottled water due to a ton of non-RSVP'd guests showing up. The girls went across the street to buy the needed supplies. They literally saved the evening.

Lauren and Alex helped with all the set up and clean up and everything in between. They were punctual and attentive everything I needed and helped make the event a success. I will definitely use them again.

Customer service over the top, the workers were exceptional. They came dressed, and on time ready to work. Workers had no problem doing as asked. Workers had lots of experience. This is my place to go if I need servers or any type of help with any type of party.

Hired two bartenders for an outdoor 40th birthday celebration and they did a fantastic job. All of the communication and planning ahead of time was clear and well-executed as well. Please note that Rubylemon is a staffing company only -- they provide bartenders with only basic bar tools, so we had to take care of everything else (alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, straws, etc., as well as creating the cocktail menu). This was communicated clearly at the outset and we decided it was worth it, as the "full-service" bartender options were much more expensive (we would have only been able to hire 1 bartender for the same price as we got for 2 bartenders with Rubylemon). The planning and prep turned out to be a ton of work for us, but everything turned out wonderfully for our party.

We hired 2 servers for our wedding to help with serving, clean up, champagne toast, cake cutting, etc. The morning of our wedding we were notified that one of the servers was out due to a last minute emergency so we may only have 1 server, but they were doing their best to find a replacement. I was a little nervous only having one server, but the minute Marco showed up, he put our minds at ease. He was extremely friendly & personable to all of our guests, worked fast, cleaned up and even made our plates and served us! There was never an empty glass or a table with dishes. He chatted with our guests and they all commented to me later how wonderful he was! He actually did the work of 2-3 so we didn't even notice he was the only one there. Lisa from Rubylemon was extremely quick to respond that we'd get a refund for the server that didn't show up. I'm so happy we used their service and I'm looking forward to our next event/party so we can use their services again!

I hired Rubylemon for my 15th anniversary party so I could enjoy my guests and the party. My main reason for going with Rubylemon was of the really great reviews but what won them the job is female owned company.

I hired a server and bartender. The server Alex was AMAZING!!! He anticipated so many things and got in front of tasks before guests arrived. He was early from his start time which I really appreciated.

We had a good experience with the Rubylemon staff. Good at communication and getting back to you. We had hired 2 waitstaff but only one showed up. I'm guessing the other had a personal emergency. Lisa tried to find someone else to cover at the last moment but it was hard. Would only take the one star off for that. Managing that event with just one person was a bit difficult. We were refunded for the person who did not show up.

we had three amazing women help us with my tea party/baby shower! they were ALL incredibly helpful, thoughtful, fun and A+++. there was never a drink or plate left empty. my guests all loved them there. super attentive and fun. would absolutely use this company again and request the same crew!!!

Hiring these servers allowed us to enjoy our party, knowing they would be replenishing appetizers and keeping the glasses filled. Appreciated leaving it to them so we could talk with our guests.

We used Ruby Lemon for my own wedding. As a wedding planner myself and former catering manager I found communication during booking prompt and easy. They were able to provide 10 servers and even switched two of them to the bar at a last minute request the week of. They actually provided more staff than requested just in case anybody had to cancel last minute. As a person in the industry for years, that was very appreciated. All of the staff were so kind, attentive, and professional. Their catering manager Ashley was incredible. Look forward to working with them again!
