Spent the evening listening to Rumors and was really impressed. The musicality and vocals provided a fully balanced big band sound. The play list covered a wide spectrum and they were not afraid to cover some of the artists who's unique sound presents a challenge to most bands. They had no trouble doing the songs justice.

Our Band Members:
Blaze Heil ~ Vocals
Blaze is a professionally trained singer who chose to put her professional career on hold to raise her sons. Since that has been accomplished, she has resurrected her singing career and has been working as a backup singer for The Davey Pattison Band; and along with Kathy and Anette, Blaze fronts the band and handles lead vocals for Rumors.
Kathy Wilmott ~ Vocals
A founding member of Rumors, Kathy's soaring upper registers add to the band's harmonies and carry the lead vocal on some songs. She has gone through all the changes in the band, from being a Fleetwood Mac tribute band to the rock and pop of today. With her brother Mike she was part of "Sanford Street", an East Bay band that cut their teeth on Eagles, Poco, and other country rock in the late 70's and early 80's. Outside of Rumors, Kathy (who also plays guitar and believes that music is an important part of child development) regularly performs for young children in Marin County.
Anette Moreno ~ Vocals
A former professional dancer, Anette realized that she was really born to sing and has devoted herself to that in recent years. She has an eclectic taste in music, and her professional career has even included a stint in a mariachi band. She was a featured performer at the recent Sonoma Pride 2012 Festival in Guerneville, CA. From Etta James to Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse to Adele, Anette delivers a soulful rendition of any song... and you will see why she has been a regular winner of singing contests throughout Northern California.
Bruce Wilmott ~ Bass and Vocals
Long time side man for Robin Trower and Gamma Vocalist Davey Pattison, Bruce has shared the stage with many of Rock's luminaries including Clarence Clemmons, Big Brother and the Holding Co., Austin Delone, Neal Schon and many others. Bruce also played for John Neff (Steely Dan, David Lynch, Steppenwolf, Journey) and Nightsage and has toured numerous times with the band in the Pacific North West. Outside of "Rumors" Bruce was most recently in the bass chair for Keith England, (Montrose, Allman Brothers Band) on selected dates in Northern California.
Herb Gennelly III ~ Lead Guitar and Vocals, and a great DJ!
Herb has been playing in bands from the Bay Area for over 30 years now. He toured briefly in the 80's, was a studio musician working as a local session guitarist, singer and songwriter and had the opportunity to open for several successfull bands of the 70's & 80's, most notebly Canned Heat, Greg Khin and Tommy Tutone. He worked for Mobile Fidelity Sound, Labs/Cafe Records as a Production Manager in the 80's. During his tenure, Mobile Fidelity released the first ever Audiophile Records & CD's of bands including the Beatles, Rolling Stones & Frank Sinatra. His passion for Music started at a young age and it continues till today, as he enjoys playing many styles of music, including Rock, Jazz & Country. He currently teaches Enrichement Courses at Public Schools, including song-writing, recording, musical performance and singing courses. He also volunteers as the Musical Director at Meadow Elementary School where his children, both of whom are musicians attend.
Tom Radovanovich ~ Percussion
Tom's early love of rhythm was practiced on an overturned bushel basket in the basement of his parent's Chicago home. A native of Chicago, Tom was heavily influenced by Chicago Blues, the British Invasion, Led Zeppelin and Chicago Transit Authority (Chicago). The first rock concert he attended was Jimi Hendrix at the Auditorium Theater. A founding member of the Plastic People he performed throughout the Chicagoland area and the Midwest. Tom was later a member of Mixx before taking an extended hiatus from music. After moving to the Bay Area, Tom picked up the sticks and returned to his first love...the drums! He has studied with Tracy Rose and played with Beyond the Blues before joining Rumors.
Dave Bringhurst ~ Keyboards
Dave's first band 'Afton' got its start in the 70's Marin County Music Scene. Inspired by such local greats as Tower of Power, Cold Blood, Huey Lewis, and The Doobie Brothers, Afton rocked nightclubs from Seattle to Pasadena, once sharing the stage with Kenny Rogers in Lake Tahoe. In the years since, Dave has been rocking his keys in the studio and in the occasional blues band. Rumors brings Dave full circle, back to the foot stompin' fun of covering the great hits.
