Rye Wit… Funky R&B, Blues and Rock and Roll Band with roots in the East Bay Area in Northern California and deep in R&B, Blues and Rock and Roll. Rye Wit plays a portfolio of contemporary R&B, Blues and Rock and Roll cover and original songs of toe tapping, feet dancing music.

Rye Wit is comprised of 7 members including: Lead Singer, Guitars, Bass, Saxophone and Trumpet Horn Section, and Drums. Together the group pounds out R&B songs with strong back beats and polished horn and Guitar parts with vocals that starts the party going and keeps it going. The group boasts a rich selection of music with plenty of diversity leading with covers of well known artists such as Arthur Connely, Eddie Floyd and Steve Cropper, Wilson Pickett, Mark Knopfler, Van Morrison along with original songs from Rye Wit’s very own Amos Munoz and Gary Lea.

Our band is actively seeking gigs. We are physically located in the East Bay Area in the San Francisco/Oakland area and we are available for shows all over Northern California. We have interest in local events, weddings, bars and clubs and any other venue where polished dance music and entertainment is desired.
