Sets include original music from Sam's vast catalogue of released music, if the client is aligned with that and the audience is open. Also, a large catalogue of instrumental covers such as Sleepwalk, Green Onions, Walk Don't Run, Miserlou and more. By artists such as the Ventures, Dick Dale, Link Wray and Duane Eddy. Also more contemporary tunes by artists such as Chris Isaak, the Shins and John Mayer. Some Irish music is available, as well (Whiskey In The Jar, Wild Irish Rover, Etc). Lastly, a long list of (mostly) classic rock covers with vocals. Dire Straits, Cheap Trick, the Who and the Eagles, to name a few.
Sam plays with backing tracks. So the sound is as lush as a full band. But the volume is easily managed, depending on the size of the venue. From conversation level background music, to full-on dance party level.

Guitarist Sam Williams has been a professional musician for over two decades. Touring worldwide and releasing albums with the seminal 90s punk band Dow By Law since 1994. These days he is more focused on 60s pop and jazz inspired instrumental music. When not releasing and performing with his surf instrumental trio, Black Valley Moon, he perform solo gigs with much of the same material.

Set times clock in at about 40-45 minutes per. All equipment needed for the performance is provided, including the PA system.
