As a working freelance musician on the Quebecois and the international music scene for more than 5 years, Samuel Royer-Legault's strength is to work in team with the ideal musician(s) for each context and each event. With his colleagues, he offers performances of traditional Quebecois music, some Irish and Scottish, and some compositions in the same style. Even though it is 100% French singing, the music and the fiddle airs are made for anyone to dance, clap in their hands or even sing!
Fantastic musicians and the perfect Celtic ambience we were looking for! I had always dreamed of having ceilidh dancing at our Scottish wedding and we’re over the moon that we were able to thanks to Samuel and his colleague! This fantastic duo filled the great hall at Sucreries de la montagne with lively music & joie de vivre and had everyone on the dance floor. The ceilidh dancing was the highlight of our wedding and we highly recommend these two talented musicians who went above and beyond. 🥰Merci beaucoup à vous deux, c’était magique! 👏

Thank you so much Amelia, we had so much fun with all of you, it was a very unique moment for us! Merci!
I wasn't sure what to expect hiring a band through this website with few ratings, but I'm definitely glad I took the chance!!!
Samuel was great to communicate with prior to the event, very quick and extremely accommodating.
On the day of the wedding, Samuel and Elizabeth were so helpful and went above and beyond with the service they provided. Their music was amazing and they had all the guests on their feet!
I will be adding them to our preferred vendors and would definitely recommend booking them:)
Samuel and his 2 friends from La Croisee D'Antan made a fantastic trio. Our wedding was perfect with this trio supplying the Quebecois sugar shack music at our venue the Sucarie de la Montagne. All got up and danced and clapped therir way through their repertoires. They all went above and beyond entertaining the crowd. The Sucarie de la Montagne loved them as well and are looking to booking them for their venues and the sugaring off season. I absolutely recommend Samuel. Great night!
Response from Samuel Royer-Legault:

Samuel Royer-Legault, and his fellow musicians, propose either a full show or ambiance music.
I know how hard it can be to find talented and professional musicians who can give what you expect, but you've been to the right place. With more than 10 years of experience in music, every single musician I work with is used to give professional shows that will stay in your mind for a long time. Shows are mostly for parties or cocktails. You should expect a lot of entertainment from the musicians on stage, the audience to clap in their hands, dance or even sing along.
