I am an engaging person, my laugh and smile is always present and genuine. I love to read to children, play games or most any activity with advanced notice. I send out a short simple questionnaire prior to the engagement to learn more about the child or children in attendance as well as likes and dislikes and any possible gifts they might expect or want. I am available during the week in the evenings within 2 hours commute from Greenville, MS or 3 hours on the weekend. Additional charges for mileage.

Greetings, dear folks! Gather 'round and let me regale you with the whimsical tale of how I, Santa Barry, stumbled into the wondrous world of Santa Claus portrayal. Back in 1967, while my dad was off adventuring in Vietnam, my uncle orchestrated a magical Santa visit for me in the enchanting land of Mississippi. Oh, the memories!

But the real magic began in 1977. You see, my dad ran an equipment and party rental business, complete with Santa suits. Curiously, whenever factories rented these suits, they yearned for someone to don the jolly attire. Guess who answered that merry call? Yours truly! And so, my Santa journey commenced.

Time twirled forward, and I found myself as a therapist at nursing homes in the Lone Star State of Texas. One day, they asked me, "Could you be Santa for our cherished residents?" Naturally, I exclaimed, "Ho ho ho, yes!" And thus, my Santa adventures continued.

Now, I'm nestled back in Mississippi, my home sweet home. I'm not just your run-of-the-mill Santa; I've got a real beard to prove it! I proudly bear the title of a member and graduate of the World Wide Santa Claus Network. My quest to enhance my Santa wisdom and talents remains as vibrant as Rudolph's nose on a chilly winter night.

So there you have it, a whimsical journey filled with joy, merriment, and the spirit of Santa Claus himself.

I have portrayed Santa in home visits, Skilled Nursing Facility’s and commercial events for 20+ years. I constantly strive to be the very best Santa I can be through education, knowledge and experience from past experiences.
I just completed Santa school under the direction of Ed Taylor, a very well known Santa in Hollywood having performed numerous national TV ads, Talk shows, and movies. I love to read with children, lead singalongs and seeing their eyes light up even if they are older.
