Santa Bugg

Santa was hired for a work Christmas party. He showed up on time. He interacted with all of the guests. He enjoyed our live music--even danced a little. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Santa Bugg & GigSalad.

Santa Bugg, is so great! This is our second year and the kids just loved him!

Chick-fil-A Hot Springs here. This was our second year using Santa Bugg. He did a fabulous 2 day "gig" greeting our guests in our drive-thru line this year. Our dining room is still closed so we had to adapt. Very genuine and well-received by our guests in the drive thru line. We look forward to having him back next year!

Santa and Mrs Clause arrived right on time and in character. Interacted with the children and adults well and was well received. Very professional.

We have been having our family Christmas in Hot Springs for several years, and try to keep the fun and games new and fresh. We added Santa Bugg and Mrs Santa Bugg this year and it turned out really well.
I left a gift for everyone outside so that he could hand them one and take a photo. Both were friendly and not rushed, it was a big hit and we will do it again in the coming years.

We loved Santa Bugg and Mrs. Claus who surprised the children at my granddaughter’s birthday party! They arrived right on time in a red pick up truck, which was perfect. So fun to watch them surprise the kids. Their costumes were beautiful and they stayed in character. Loved Santa’s real beard and glasses down on his nose and the way he posed for pictures with the kids. He read The Night Before Christmas and passed out copies of the books that we provided for him, which he autographed for each child. It will be quite a keepsake for them.
Santa Bugg was easy to contact for questions and he was always quick to respond. He emailed confirmation of our date, directions and time a few days before our party and to ask for any other needs.
It was my first time to book with GigSalad and I would definitely do again and highly recommend to others. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Santa Bugg and Mrs. Claus were amazing at our event! They are great with kids and adults! Very helpful and when we had a little slow times, Santa would come outside and wave at people outside of the store to get them to come in! We had a great time and, as we said, we thought Santa Bugg was actually the Real Santa!

Santa and Mrs. Claus were so kind, friendly, and very interactive with the kids! Their outfits were very nice. We definitely plan on using them for event next year!

This is the second year for Santa Bugg, but certainly not the last. We love him and he is so good with the kids. His expressions are always the best and the kids love interacting with him.

Santa Bugg was terrific with the children. He is very photogenic and engaging. The children loved him. He interacted with the kids after the photos were all taken which was a plus.

I knocked off one star for two reasons. One was he didn't bring his sack. I did not know I had to ask for this. He had one and would have brought if I had told him, but this was never posed to me as a question. In preparation I would have loved having a list of options or what works best kind of thing. Secondly I had some special candy cane wreaths to hand out from Santa. Santa Bugg slipped and made comments in front of the children about how he had never seen such candy canes and other such statements that departed from the script we were trying to develop. I had sneaked the Christmas box of candy cane wreaths outside so Santa was the one bringing them in to the children (hence the need for the sack), but this was quickly spoiled when he acted as though he knew nothing about it.

Overall I was very pleased with Santa Bugg. He has been Santa at our church festival for years and my oldest granddaughter has several photos with him. This consistency has also helped to build the Santa story. I will definitely hire Santa Bugg again in the future, but I'll spend more time in preparation, asking lots of questions, and ironing out more details in advance.

I would recommend Santa Bugg and his Mrs. Claus to anyone. They're great people and wonderful Holiday Helpers!

Santa Bugg was perfect for my "Moments with Santa" photo sessions ! He was very authentic and great with the kids ! I enjoyed working with him -- and will DEFINITELY book him again for next year !

We had a great time with Santa and Mrs Claus - they were spot on with entertaining adults and children. Versatile with different age groups and our needs. Santa moved easily from area to area - entertaining and addressing each person with his charisma and personality. We were beyond happy with the event and our 'entertainers'. Half way through the event we were ready to book again for next year - we look forward to making this an Annual Event. A+ plus 5 stars - we recommend.

They did a great job. THis is the second year we have used them and loved them.

It was like the north pole its self had arrived !! Our event was held at Mid America Museum in Hot Springs Arkansas. It seems the whole museum came to life when santa arrived right on time. I could not begin to describe the joy that the children and their families had as the most realistic santa i have ever seen made his way through the crowd . The attention he gave to each individual child there , I know will have given them a memory that will last a life time ! I can say for sure it has given my family one. Thanks Santa!!! We are looking forward to next year.
