Santa Chicago

We hired Santa for a customer event, and it was certainly not a typical Santa event. He was professional, and really great to work with. And, he's the real deal.

Santa was awesome! So good with the children and children at heart. We will definitely ask him back next year!

Santa Chicago came to our family's Christmas in July party. The kids loved that he was in vacation attire! He was easy to communicate with, prompt and engaging to the kids. Would def use again!

The Easters Bunny arrived on time and was engaging with the children and families. Accepted all request with no hesitation. The children ran up to the Easter Bunny as soon as he walked up and there was a child by his side at every moment. Would definitely recommend this company and Bunny. I will used them again for any character needs!

The Easter Bunny was a hit for our family reunion. It was the best costume I have seen this season. He was prompt and attentive to the kids. The kids were in awe of him. No meltdowns at all. Ages of the kids ranged from 1 yr to 5. I highly recommend him for next year if you are looking for a Easter bunny.

Santa was amazing. Kind hearted and fun, he led us all In carols and read stories to the kids. He remembered all the little details about the kids that we had told him, and they were so excited when Santa knew all about them!

It’s difficult for me to give a bad review for Santa and I truly wasn’t going to say anything at all but GigSalad kept prompting me for a review so here we are. In short, Santa’s visit left the 20 adults at our Christmas Eve gathering scratching our heads. The first red flag was that I asked Santa on 3 separate occasions for a phone call prior to our event to talk over his visit. He never directly answered my request, only asked me for my email where he sent me a checklist of how to make Santa’s visit go smoothly. I still wanted the call but accepted that Santa was probably busy leading up to Christmas so responded to the email with a few very small requests including a text prior to/upon arrival. He wrote back, “Confirmed.” The day of the event, he did not call or text prior to arrival or when he got there, he just came to the front door. His demeanor was not jolly or joyful but tired, awkward and almost sedated. Honestly, all of my aunts and uncles and parents were concerned that he was ok. He was telling a story that none of us could really follow, let alone the kids and even forgot the story halfway through. I requested two songs - Jingle Bells and Silent Night and said printed lyrics were not necessary. Still he passed out the lyrics and seemed to need to read them himself. How does Santa not know the words to the most popular Christmas songs? The whole visit was uncomfortable. My kids even said, “I don’t think that’s the real Santa Mommy” I want to give Santa the benefit of the doubt and believe that the day was just really busy, but our event was at 330pm, not that late. Also, when reading his resume, the expectation was that he was a pro who had been hired by big names to play Santa so he must be good. We were very disappointed.

Santa did a great job spending time with the kids. The whole group liked signing a few Christmas carols. Thank you.

This was the second year in a row we used him. He really made the party amazing. He conversated with every single person there and the kids absolutely loves it. Will definitely recommend I will continue to use him for years to come.

We really enjoyed the visit from Santa Chicago. We had an open house neighborhood party, and he greeted the children, took photos, and even played soccer with them in the yard. We highly recommend him!

Santa was so kind and went out of his way to make every child feel special. Received so many compliments on what a great Santa he is! Looking forward to next year!

Great job, just one hiccup, the printer stopped working. The pictures were delivered to the school a couple days later.

We hired the Easter Bunny for my son’s first birthday party. He arrived promptly, followed direction and was pleasant with the children!! Thank you for helping make the day even more special!

The Easter Bunny was a hit! They arrived on time and gave notice a few minutes before their arrival. They were up for anything - We had them do a Golden Egg Hunt and they jumped right in. Very happy with our experience. Thank you so much!

We had such a great time with the Easter Bunny - he was great with the kids during our Egg Hunt and stayed to be sure that everyone got some face time and photo opportunities!

Santa was great! He was flexible when we had to cancel due to Covid diagnosis and still made out celebration wonderful. He shared great stories, had a wonderful selection of songs to sing, he was great and we hope to book again next year!

Santa Chicago was wonderful! He was on time and had a gorgeous Santa costume! Our daughters were ecstatic when Santa delivered a puppy on Christmas Eve which they have been asking for for years! This is the second time we have had Santa Chicago come to our house and it will be cherished memories for our family for years to come!

He was very courteous and polite. He was punctual and performed all that was asked of him and more.

Santa Chicago was amazing! I can't put into words the joy and Christmas spirit he brought to our event. He was simply the embodiment of holiday cheer.

I absolutely loved this Santa. He was not only very real looking but so kind. I loved how he had an agenda that wasnt all about presents. He had song sheets and sang carols with the kids, read a cute book, and was such a delight!

Our Santa that came for our event last night was on time, super friendly, kind and completely in character. We were very happy!!!

The experience was exactly as we planned. Santa was good with the kids and stayed for 30 minutes. Communication was good leading up to the event.

10/10 will work with them again!

Well what can I say apart from amazing ! I booked Santa for my boy age 10 and my parents that were visiting from England , every one loved him , it was a total surprise for them . They were all crying with joy . And Santa was amazing singing with us taking photos giving out presents, and telling my boy stories 35 minutes of total joy in the family . We will never forget thank you. 😍😍😍

This is the second year we’ve had Santa Chicago join us for our wildly popular Christmas Day Brunch, to rave reviews! Guests especially liked that he suggests fun photo ops and poses.

We had Santa delivery cheer and gifts to employees at 2 locations....All were stunned and the next day are still talking about how wonderful he was and how he made them feel appreciated and special. Was a great moral booster.

Santa Chicago added the perfect touch to our Christmas housewarming open house celebration. Santa was very professional and provided a great experience for all guests, both children and adults. Good communication leading up to the event as well.

The experience was good and Santa was really nice and accommodating. I would have liked it if Santa made more of a grand entrance instead of just walking in. Maybe if we would have spoken before the event and I told him exactly what to do that would have helped.

We were hosting a 4th of July party at the lake with this years theme being a Christmas party. The weather “cooperated” by being in the mid 90’s, but Santa still made his appearance and never skipped a beat. A true professional and was one of the highlights of the night. If you are counting on Santa being at your event, you can’t do better than Santa Chicago!

Amazing. That's was our experience last night. Santa Arrived on time, took photos, sang a song, told a story and passed out gifts. This Santa added that magical feeling.

I was very happy with Santa Chicago, with all the crying from the new one and two olds who have not encountered Santa before, Santa kept his cool. The older children having gone thru the terrible twos behaved appropriately and made the family Christmas Party a lot of fun. Children photos as well as family photos with Santa was a hit and even older family members had he occasion to sit with Santa for a photo opportunity. I will want Santa Chicago back again.

This santa really looked the part. His outfit, boots, and beard looked realistic and captured the magic. All my party guests mentioned how great and real he looked. I wish we had a little more interaction with the kids asking them questions and getting them engaged in conversation, but we had a young shy crowd so that may have made it difficult to interact. I wish I had pre-planned more activities after visits with kids to fill the session. He did a great job jumping in and singing with the kids to help fill our time. Overall, it was a great experience and he did an amazing job. I would recommend his santa services to others and use him again for future events. Thanks!
