Santa Claus- Character Connection

Had stress of arrival due to him not looking or getting the texts with a specific address even though it was verified 3 times Starting December 4th! The kids questioned why he didn't have a beard. And for me, he didn't stay in character. Just seemed like an old man in a costume. It was all my fears of hiring an unknown Santa that come to realization 30 minutes before the event started. At go time it is out of your control, he apologized a lot, but lesson learned. Oh, and we get the lovely water bottle in every photo but this is our fault for not clarifying on keeping it hidden.

My response since It is not open to post: Wow, the immediate review response we to tell me it was my error. I confirmed multiple times here (the only place of communications) the address! Starting on December 4th. I kept the review negative but did not disclose all so here is more for you. This Santa called me 5 times while I'm trying to set up and greet guests as he was sorry for being late and was at 1660 May Avenue, which is nowhere near our location. Upon arrival announced that he knew me and I was on the naughty list in front of all the kids, then asked me if I had any valium. He told a guest in the parking lot that he was a stripper for the party with kids present. Kept talking about inappropriate random things in front of the kids. To where we had to tell him kids were needing photos. Yes, he had a beard, a very short beard, NOT what kids are expecting and not like the photos of Santa's you have listed as expectations were high. Many of the kids questioned him about the beard where I had to step in and make up a reason for not looking like a typical Santa. He did not know what Elf on the Shelf was as many kids asked him about their elf as he should know. I mean there were things. You also have my number you can call me to discuss this.

No matter what character we rent from character Connection, they do an absolute brilliant job of portraying them. The costumes are meticulously perfect. I appreciate that attention to detail. The Grinch is adorable, parents and kids both love him. Great for photo shoots plus parties. They make your event come to life.
