Santa Claus Steve

Honestly, if I could give ZERO stars, I would.

We booked Santa Steve for our annual Christmas Party with special needs children and their families. After the initial phone call to confirm the booking, Santa Steve was unresponsive to emails, phone calls, text messages, and Gig Salad messages. The day of our party came & went without any attempt from him to say he wouldn't be there. The disappointment of his absence was palpable by our 100+ children in attendance.
He touted online, in his GS profile, and during our one & only phone call, that he's been a Santa for 25+ years and is the "go-to" for Santa training locally (Denver metro). Maybe 25+ years is too long...

While I do intend to use Gig Salad in the future as I've had several positive experiences with vendors, I will NEVER work with Santa Steve or give him a positive referral. If you're looking for holiday entertainment and a Santa personality, specifically, DO NOT BOOK this vendor.

We have a Santa Claus every year at our family party from Gig Salad. Santa Steve was very unique. He is very warm. Not as loud and boisterous as many of our other Santa's. He made a great appearance and sat down with our grandchildren and children and read "The Night before Christmas". Then he handed out some presents that was pre-arranged. Then he settled in and spent way more then the allotted time just visiting with our family, like Santa was part of our family. He always was Santa. He handed out all of the presents that we had under our tree, that was not part of the plan, but warm and delightful. Can you imagine Santa handing out all of your presents and calling your family by name. He spoke to everyone in a very genuine manner. Santa Steve was very warm and special.
