Overview
Santa personality. Experienced with children of all ages and comfortable with pets. Photos, photo sessions and gifting is fun interaction with Santa. I like to have discussions with the young ones. I'm experienced with groups of children.

Yes Katya, I was in ICU at the hospital and it was unlikely I would be able to attend your event. I am truly sorry for the short notice but I can't plan medical emergencies. I was taken to the hospital on 7/24.
We so appreciated Santa Doug. He did such a great job, even got one terrified child to get pretty close. 💕

What to Expect
I am at ease with groups of children. I prefer the "Sit with Santa and talk" kind of scenario such as taking pictures with Santa or family groups. I "stop by and visit on my way through a town" and will do photography posing and scenarios for professional photographers. I like parties with Santa interacting with children and handing out gifts or doing photo shoots with families and/or children alone. I enjoy a relaxed and joyful atmosphere and I bring that with me to all events!
About
In retirement, I enjoy working with young people of all ages and the personification of Santa Claus is one of my favorites. My idea of a good time is talking with young people from 2 to 20 as they create their lives, through mentoring High School students, being a Conductor on a historic railroad, and in emergency preparedness for my community east of Seattle.
I spent 45 years in developing advanced Public Safety networks and found this vocation the most rewarding!
Additional Booking Notes
A nice "plush" chair to sit in to bring me down to child height - after all, Santa is King of the Elves so sitting in a big chair makes the scene. A Christmas decorated area or room is appropriate also. I don't need much to make the event shine.

Setup Requirements
A Chair is necessary. A large wing-back chair is preferaable but not essential. Christmas decorations and a tre are nice also. I can work with whatever appropriate scene you provide.
