A Northeast Florida - Southeast Georgia Real Bearded Santa Claus. Have Red Suit Will Travel! The past three years I appeared as Santa at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens. I have also made appearances at the tree lighting in Fernandina Beach; Breakfast With Santa at the Jekyll Island Club; as well as senior centers, restaurants and hospitals. I grew up on the Westside of Jacksonville before moving to South Carolina, North Carolina and Ohio. I started my career in radio and television in Jacksonville then taught media prodution and journalism for almost 40 years. I retired to Fernandina Beach in 2015.

I have been a Santa for 25+ years. I started years ago in Ohio when a child thought I was Santa in an outdoor mall. Since then, I have served as President of the Buckeye Santas in Ohio and have appeared at Bass Pro Shops, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, the Jekyll Island Club, senior centers, restaurants, family gatherings and more. My professional background was in broadcasting and higher education. I taught multimedia journalism for almost 40 years and before that I worked in radio and television.
