I hired Santa Claus this Christmas to come take photos at my school with all of our kiddos for our annual Winter Festival. The customer service experience was outstanding, the gentleman that dressed up like Santa was awesome and the children enjoyed taking photos with him. He took occasional breaks and walked around to greet all of the families. The children loved it! I will definitely be using him again next Christmas!

Santa showed early and was very patient waiting for us to get the kids together. All the kids loved him. When Santa was finished with handing out the gifts we had provided, he mingle in the party and took pictues with families. This was the second year we have used this particular Santa and we will for sure have him again next year.

Overall it was a good experience. He came on time and looked like the real santa. A lot of our guests were impressed on how he looked like. We wished that he was more sociable though. I noticed that he was on the chair provided for him most of the time. Looks like he didnt have anything planned as well except for the picture taking which we actually enjoyed by the way. Looks like he waited to be told what to do like read a story or something. We rented him for 1.5 hours and we wished he couldve done more aside from picture taking. I mean it was our first time renting a santa and didnt know what to expect of him and looks like he’s been doing this for years. He couldve atleast told us whats expected of him. I told him maybe he can read a book to the kids. He agreed to it. Then i also planned to give away some cash to the kids and young adults and put it on an envelope with their names on it. I planned to put it in a sac and make santa read those envelopes to make it seem like it came from him. He agreed to do it but at one point he complained about the handwriting on the envelope which was mine by the way. Anyways it was not a biggy, it was just a little frustrating he would do that though maybe he said it in a joking way. We rented him for 1.5 hours and was hoping he was more lively and fun. The teenagers actually wanted to approach him and take pics and do tiktok with him but were scared he might not agree. We didnt know what was his restrictions and if he was game for such things.
But we had fun having him and got nice pictures with him.

Santa was very realistic, showed up on time and even let us use his chair and toy soldiers. Santa was very good with the kids and he was a good choice for out party.

My family and I were very pleased with Santa and the happiness he brought our kids. Communication was always open and quick with him. He showed up perfectly on time and stayed the full time. He interacted with the girls and took family pics. He was just PERFECT! I highly recommend him for any events, parties or whatever your needs may be. Thank you again Santa!

The SC visit was “ok”. He arrived on time, but had to go to the restroom upon arrival.🤔 The kids seemed happy to see and be with him, but lost interest quickly. He posed for pics, but didn’t read to the kids like last year. He was with us less than 30’. Last year, Santa stayed the entire hour.

Our event was very small and most of the guest who had reservations didn't show. David was so great he offered to do a couple promo pics and stood on our front patio to bring in passers-by. I definitely recommend him to anyone for any event. I hope we get to see him again next year.

He was absolutely the sweetest and kindest Santa that I’ve ever worked with! He was perfect with my Senior Residents who suffer from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Definitely booking again!

Santa Claus did an amazing job at the Christmas party. He was punctual, jolly, extremely professional, and the kids loved him. I saw several scared little one's leave with Huge smiles and giving hugs to Santa. We had several autistic children who did extremely well due to Santa's calm demeanor and I cannot wait to utilize his services next year and beyond. Thanks again Santa Claus! Oh ya, where's my turkey soup! Amazing Job my friend!

We had a total of 42 kids. Parents and kids thoroughly enjoyed Santa.

He was just ok. He does smell like cookies and look like Santa but was lacking in the "jolly" department. He arrived at the wrong location which created problems for our team. He was not very engaging with the children or parents at any of the 3 locations. The reports from staff were not overwhelmingly positive.
Overall, he was just OK. Not terrible but not great.

Our event was total success. Santa Claus was amazing. On time , super nice with kids and adults and looks very real.

We had a wonderful time with the visit of Santa on Christmas Eve. He was super entertaining, the kids loved him! The costume, appearance and attitude were great!

Santa was a great addition to our morning Christmas service on Sunday, December 18. Following the service our Hospitality Team had prepared delicious Christmas cookies, coffee, wassail and hot chocolate. Then all the kiddos and many adults came to have their picture taken with Santa.

Santa was warm, inviting and engaging. We only had 1 one year old that didn't approve of Santa. We'll get her next year. It was a ton of fun. Thanks Santa.

Our PTA hired Santa for our annual school holiday event. We provide free pictures with Santa and took over 200 pictures! Santa arrived on time and even called ahead when he hit some traffic to give me a head's up on his timing. He was prepared and was in full character mode the moment he walked into the cafeteria. The children were in awe.

Santa was wonderful. Showed up early and really entertained the children. He was very convincing.

I was searching for a Santa for our Christmas office party and was lucky to find the Santa I saw in a Houston Mall last year. His Santa suit was so original looking – bright red, white fur, GREAT. He has a real beard, real belly and real boots, (most Santa’s have plastic covers on their shoes). While I stood in line, I smilingly watched how he paid attention to each child with such care and patience and then gave each a lollipop. He spent more than adequate time with each and was very patient when posing for photos. I’ll be sure to call him for our party!

We have finally found a Santa that is truly passionate about christmas just like we are. Not only he looks like Santa, but he also plays a phenomenal role. Kids really enjoyed chatting with him. There is no doubt we are keeping this Santa for years to come!

My son tried to stump him on recent Christmas movies and he answered all the questions correctly. His Santa suit is the best Ive ever seen. Even made me think twice lol

I had Papa Santa at my home last year. He is really great with kids. They were so happy to help Santa distribute gifts to our family members. We all, grown ups included, had a wonderful Christmas thanks to this Santa and are having him over again this year. Well worth the money.
