We had a family baking day and when we all say down for a break, Santa must have smelled some cookies and stopped in to give some treats to all the good children. He was such a joy and made everyone's day! My little cousin is still so proud she got a present for being good and got her video proof that Santa really is real ;-) what a delightful surprise! He was so good talking with all the kids and was so patient answering their 101 questions.
My twin two year olds were terrified of the whole picture taking process with Santa. But he was kind, patient and great with the boys. We got a great photo (even if the kids were teary-eyed). But more importantly, Santa took a few minutes afterwards to laugh and play with the boys. The kids left smiling and less upset.
Taking photos with Santa can be traumatic, but not with this Santa. He's so kind.

My kids are out of the house but their pet dog is still at home and what a better way to show the kids Christmas cheer than to send them a photo of their dog and Santa! Santa handle the dog perfectly and responded to him. I highly recommend using him. Thank you Santa!
I hosted a Pictures with Santa fundraiser in my home. We had 32 families schedule a time to talk to Santa. Every.Single.Family said that Santa was absolutely perfect. His expressions were priceless whether you were capturing a newborn close-up, the family pet, or a screaming toddler. He was willing to adjust to each family that came in. Whether it was a traditional sitting-on-the-lap pose, or standing giving Santa a high-five, each photo that was captured was unique, and made the children feel comfortable. His clothing including a deep burgundy coat, green vest, and khaki riding pants were set off with the traditional belt and buckle - and photographed beautifully. The kids were amazed.They loved him and he did a wonderful job. Even the kids that are borderline believing wasn't sure how he knew the right information. This was a great Christmas Eve surprize for all...even my 86 year old dad enjoyed. Thank -you

Santa Claus in Des Moines exceeded our expectations in terms of professionalism and we were blown away by the gorgeous costume.
He arrived on time and was Santa by the time we opened the doors. He never broke character and was always conscious of who might be observing from afar. I used to work at Walt Disney World so I'm very sensitive to being 'on stage' and making sure that the guest experience is as authentic as possible. Let's say that my bar is set pretty high and expectations were far exceeded. I can't wait to pick a date for next year.
Santa came to our house for a family gathering and he was wonderful! The kids ranged in age from 1 year to 11 years and he was a huge hit with them and the adults!

Santa came to Huxley to visit our family on Christmas Eve. He was incredible. My mom of 80 years felt like a kid again and my kids were amazed at what they saw. Santa took extra time to talk to all the kids, both young and old, who wanted to tell him their Christmas wish. This will truly be a Christmas to remember for our family.
The Bad Boyz Mustang Club had there first Christmas party at ICP in Urbandale. Since it was my idea to have Santa it was up to me to find one. I found this Santa and was VERY pleased with the job he did. We only had a couple kids in our group and about a dozen adults, we all had a great time. After some private time we took Santa out to meet the other guests and as one of our members said kids that are normally scared of Santa ran right up to him and hugged him. To tell you exactly how great he is ICP is considering hiring him for a future event, that says alot. He even stayed longer then agreed upon. Definately hire him again. Oh and we were even fortunate to have Mrs. Clause visit too.
This is the second year we've had Des Moines' best Santa for a photo-shoot fundraiser. He is wonderful with squirmy cats, nervous dogs and awed little kids. It truly warmed my heart to see him engage with little girls who were completely wrapped up in the magic of talking to Santa.
This Santa's white beard is real, his suit is perfect and he even has a real ho, ho, ho!
We will definitely use him for our future events!
I have seen Santa with pets, seniors, and children, and he is very true to his North Pole heritage! Very professional, and everyone enjoys his ho, ho, ho.
