Great communication skills, punctual and everything went smooth. Will book him again!

We hosted a Christmas party and were fortunate to have Santa as a guest. Communication booking, planning and leading up to the event could not have been better. As he made his entrance the children and adults were thrilled. He read books, sang songs and had personal interaction with each of the kids (and a few adults) each. At the end of the event he announced our Ugly sweater winner and handed out gifts labeled for each child (provided by us) along with candy canes he brought. He took pictures with everybody including families, the kids separately and groups.

This was the best money we could have spent for our event. We will undoubtedly be hosting him again, he was the star of the night and we hope to make it a tradition for our annual Christmas party.

He takes his job seriously and with pride. He was fun, funny and the kids and adults loved him!
No brainer he will be back for us next year

We had such a fantastic time with Santa last Saturday at our event! He was super friendly, totally believable, and great with the kids. Santa made sure everyone felt welcome for photos, and his costume was spot-on. The Santa chair was adorable, and it all added up to a lively and holiday atmosphere. If you're looking for a Santa who brings genuine joy and charm to your event, we highly recommend him – he truly made our event magical and unforgettable!

We've enjoyed Pomona Santa since we first met him in December 2020! It was an informal outdoor event that needed a little extra joy - and Pomona Santa was the jolliness we needed! Pomona Santa has been spot on each December since the first. He fits into our group of commercial real estate professionals very easily. Meeting and greeting, posing for pictures during the registration hour. During the luncheon Santa spreads joy as he talks to our members, passing out candy canes at each tables. The luncheon has over 150 guests and our members love him. Grown adults instantly turn into school age children when he engages with them!

Our daycare kids loved the Santa's appearance. Santa answered all curious questions, sang with the kids, read a story, took pics and distributed.

Santa was absolutely great he looks super authentic. Also I love the touch that he did a little video for people that wanted to send a video to like their kids or grandkids which I thought was really nice of him.

Pamona Santa was wonderful! He was gentle and engaging with the kids. Took time to sit with them and answer questions. We had a lot of kids in our group and he made time for each of them. The reason I gave him 4 stars is because he was over an hour late. He did call and let me know, but so many people at our party had already rushed home from work to get there. But overall it was a great experience!

We are a preschool center and hired Santa for our Winter Fest. He arrived on time, looking 100% authentic! He was kind and patient with all our littles and their families. I hired Pomona Santa Claus for a Christmas event at my HOA. We had at least 200-250 residents show up ready to take pictures with Santa! Santa was extremely professional, very friendly and looked like the real man himself! His suit was very high quality which is to be expected because I'm sure it comes from the North Pole! He brought along sleigh bells to help get children's attention during pictures and he even provided full sized candy canes to give to the kids which he carried in his Santa bag! Santa was on time! Looked crazy authentic and had a very easygoing attitude. We will definitely be booking him next year if possible.

One is very talkative and asks so many questions, Santa always has the answers to his questions and is so patient to hear everything he has to say. Thank you Pomona Santa for being so professional and amazing. He was absolutely the best- talked to my boys, read them stories, sang christmas songs, and most importantly did such an amazing job at redirecting my crazy boys when they started getting a bit rowdy. We had him for my sons school fundraise christmas party (60+ families). He came read book sang songs and answered questions from kids. He took time with each child and family for picture session. Everyone is talking about how perfect he was... and made the day so special for kids and adults too!

This is the third year that Pomona Santa has graced us with his presence. Let me tell you--Santa just keeps getting better and better! He is patient with children AND adults and although you might think of Santa as entertainment mainly for children, he equally entertains and charms the adults as well! Pomona Santa WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! On the business side, Santa is punctual, professional, courteous and overall a REALLY nice man to interact with. Every time I--my staff see him, we want to run up to him and give him a hug because he's so adorable! He's the real deal! I felt inclined to provide a second review because after 3 years of working with Pomona Santa and seeing him interact with our preschool children and families (you have to have a great deal of patience and desire to do this), he continues to amaze us! So I say this again, if you're thinking about Pomona Santa, you not only have my review, but 200+ VERY, VERY satisfied guests who absolutely loved Pomona Santa and what HE is all about! Hahah, he's the kind of Santa that you want to keep private and not share with anyone--but that wouldn't be very nice. Do it!!!!!

Pomona Santa was a great addition to our pre-concert festivities, and Lee was super accommodating and professional. Easily switched between adult patrons and the younger attendees. It really does feel like Santa is visiting when Lee shows up.

We hired Santa for a Covid-Safe outdoor restaurant event and he was absolutely wonderful! He was so interactive with the children. He asked them questions, sang songs, and read a Christmas story. The event went perfectly. I’ll keep this Santa in mind for all my future events.

We hired Pomona Santa for our holiday luncheon. No agenda, we just asked him to mingle with our members and help make the luncheon more festive. Our Santa was wonderful. He was fun and gave our kids a slice of “normal” to kick off this messed up Covid Christmas. With no Santa photo options available this year in California malls, etc., I found this Santa to come and take pictures at a photography studio. He was the best! Also, he wore a plexiglass mask that was transparent for pictures, and even offered a bottle of hand sanitizer he cleverly labeled “Santa-tizer” 😂

So great with the kids and kept them entertained. Will definitely hire again!

It was a busy night with lots of traffic so he was late to our event, but he communicated with me throughout the night of his arrival time. Overall a very good job. My Three and a half year old granddaughter was stunned a not her normal talkative self. Santa was still able to keep things going smoothly. Everyone in attendance enjoyed the visit from Santa.

We recently had a Christmas party for our residents and their children. We felt it would be an added bonus to have Santa with us this year and we are so glad we did. Pomona Santa (Lee) was in character from head to toe and had the attention of every child and adult. It was so nice to see the children sitting around Santa listening as he told them a story. We were able to provide gifts and Santa passed them out to each child and every child and family were able to take their special pictures with Santa.

We hired Santa for the grand opening of a restaurant in December and he was a big hit! Everyone was so excited and took pictures. Santa was very patient and went around to everyone. He was great and we would certainly recommend him to everyone.

Best Santa ever! He was everything that one would expect Santa Claus to be! Completely in character down to the laugh! He was able to customize my experience by giving a present to my daughter (Amaya) that I told her Santa would give her! I met with him outside and snuck some gifts outside for him to put in his gift sack before he came in. He read a Christmas story and was very kind and authentic! The reaction on my 3 year old daughters face was priceless! Thank you so much Santa!!!

Santa Lee is a wonderful Santa! He came to our party last night and thoroughly entertained 14 kids, ages 23 months to 10 years old and one 13 year old. He is really in his role as Santa. Even the adults were very impressed! He is patient with the kids and posing for pictures, he looks absolutely perfect - Santa suit, boots, bells, a magic key to get into homes w/o chimneys on Christmas Eve - he has lots of fun facts that REALLY make you believe he IS Santa!
Santa Lee had very good follow up before the event, was perfectly on time, followed our crazy instructions for getting the presents to give to the kids into his sack without being seen and best of all, when he enteted our home, he WAS Santa! He knew exactly what to do and made the party perfect for the kids & adults!

Santa Claus was cheery, lovable, and brought a lot of joy to our holiday party. We highly recommend him for parties of all ages!
