I play Santa Clause from November 1st. to December 25th. I also do smoked meat catering. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, pulled, 1/2, quartered, or whole. Ribs, any kind pork ribs, we even do beef ribs, turkeys, really any meats, we have smoked Salmon, Elk, Goat, Lamb.
