Santa Doug is the absolute best Santa I have experienced. He is a delight to work with and is the real deal!! After sitting for pictures, he told stories and led the kids in song. This is my first time using an online booking tool so I was a bit hesitant. However, I could not have been more pleased!! Highly recommend!! I can't wait to book him next year. 🎅
Kids and adults loved him! One kid even said I think he's the real deal, not a helper Santa! Definitely recommend!

From the moment Doug arrived at our store, we knew that we had picked the right Santa for our event. Our community, like many, had a bit hard in the Christmas Spirit Dept. after the past two years of COVID, and we hosted this event to give back to the children in our community that may have missed the ability to see Santa during the pandemic.
Doug was engaged and humored all of the Children's questions realistically. However, he also takes special care to truly engage with each child tailoring the experience to their questions, Christmas lists, or whatever is happening in their life. He even sought to bring smiles to adults from our team that wanted photos to get back a bit of that Christmas joy and nostalgia from their own lives.
If we host an event of this nature again, I intend to have Doug come again because the only cookie-cutter about this Santa experience was the sugar cookies we gave away to attendees. Hands down, one of the most authentic Santas I've ever had the pleasure of working with and seeing bring smiles to the community.

Words cannot properly convey how THRILLED my entire family is with Santa's appearance at our annual traditional Christmas Eve family dinner!! Santa Doug is THE REAL SANTA...for real. My 79 y/o mom said that's the most magical Christmas she's ever experienced! From the moment he rang his authentic jingle bells before knocking on the door, to his hearty and appropriately timed Ho-Ho-Ho's, to his deep voice, large stature, subtle glitter in his beard, and beautiful Danish Santa pouch where he was storing my personal Letter to Santa that he read to my family around the dining room table, we were mesmerized. AMAZING. Christmas will never be the same without Santa Doug to surprise us and visit inside our home. JUST AMAZING...nothing compares! Would give 20-stars if the system would let me. THANK YOU for making Christmas 2019 a lifetime experience none of us from age 17 to 82 will ever forget!!

What a wonderful review of Santa's visit to your parent's home on Christmas Eve. It was exactly as you phrased it, "A magical Christmas" visit. With a group of beautiful and wonderful people, as your family members are, nothing short of a beautiful and wonderful Santa visit could otherwise occur. The pièce de résistance of the entire visit was the letter you wrote to Santa and sent to the North Pole. That letter was special to each and every member of your dear family, including those that were not able to be there. As a toy maker, Santa could not possibly bring the gifts wished for in the letter, so instead he decided to stop by during his annual rounds and read the heartfelt special wishes to the recipients in attendance.
From Santa's perspective, it was a fantastic visit full of love, joy, and magic. You created a wonderful experience for your family, and I am convinced they will always cherish and remember--the night Santa Claus stopped in for a visit.

Can’t even begin to describe the magic Santa Doug brought to our home. Kind, jolly, patient, and beautiful are just a few adjectives that come to mind. Loved how he had a cleaver answer for every question. Every parent said it was by far the best thing they had done this Christmas Season.

I am the marketing director for a high-end Brentwood, TN neighborhood and coordinated a "Cookies with Santa" event for the children of the homeowners. We could not have been more pleased with Santa Doug!!! In fact, I went ahead and booked him for our next event in December 2019! He looked, talked and acted like the real Santa! His demeanor with the children was fantastic, and they were enthralled with him. He is kind, conscientious and professional. He made the 2.5 hour trek from Jackson, TN to Brentwood, TN and was at our location in plenty of time to prepare for the event. I highly recommend Santa Doug and am already planning to use him again next year!!!

Santa Doug was more than any of us could have ask for. We used two Santa’s this December and he takes the cake! From the moment he came in the door until he left, he played with, sat with and interacted with each and every child. Doug’s, “HoHoHo” was authentic!!!! He went above and beyond with his role that evening and you would be silly not to book him.

Santa Doug has served our small rural church for the past few years. We celebrate the season with a visit from Santa following our annual Christmas cantata.
