After asking multiple times that he be there by 6:30, and after repeated phone calls, he ended up showing up over 15 minutes late. Although that doesn’t seem like a lot, people started to leave because they could no longer wait.

Frank was very professional, and he was on time. He just needed to be a little more "jolly", and wear Santa glasses. Then it would have been perfect!! Thanks Frank. And this was a last minute thing, as I contacted him 4 hours before I needed him there, so even if it's late, always still make contact.

Had a small little party for some friends children to cook s’mores out by the fire pit. After discussing the possibility of having a Santa, we came across Santa Frank. He showed up right on time, made sure to take photos with all the kids, and adults alike. Even played a little catch with the children. Very nice and genuine individual.

We hosted a Christmas cookie decorating party at our home. Santa Frank arrived on time and was excellent with our guests, consisting of 6-7 year old kiddos. He took his time with each child to make sure it was a magical experience. He also read a book to the group and posed for pictures. He was excellent!

I have used Santa Frank for all our corporate holiday events. He has never disappointed.

I have used Santa Frank for two years now, for multiple events, and he has always been a pleasure to interact with, and all my guests love him.

Frank was punctual, however, did not play the role of Santa the way I would hoped he would. There was very little interaction with the kids. I was hoping at the very least he would have asked what each of the kids wanted for Christmas, but there was literally 0 dialog between him and nearly 20 kids

Frank was wonderful. He was very patient with our senior citizens, taking the time to take a photo and listen to each one even though we had more than double the people than anticipated.

Santa Frank was punctual, very pleasant and took great photos with the kids. The only suggestions I would make would be to have some Santa dialogue "ho ho ho" "merry Christmas" "what do you want for Christmas?" And also to stay in full costume when walking into/out of the event. Kids seeing Santa not dressed takes away some of the magic!
We would hire Santa Frank again.

Santa Frank was amazing! He was such a pleasure to work with, after booking him for one event, I went back and booked him for 4 more. All of our clients really enjoyed taking pictures and giving him their wish lists.

It was nice. The family had a good time, and thought the idea was very curious. Santa Frank made sure to take pics with everyone. In other states, Santa has a routine which makes for a great entrance and exit, and sit prepared with a story telling moment. I would like to see that next time. I would definitely do this again.

This Santa really enjoys seeing the children happy. He drove about a hour one way to spend some time with my kids, he showed up on time and made my kids very happy, and the price he charged was, I feel was unfair to him. The price was alot less than what he should have.he truly does it from the kindness of his heart and not for the money. I would love to Thank him again . The night came out perfect and i plan on using his services for the years to come

Santa arrived on time and meet me outside my place. He 'surprised' my son with gifts, they had milk and cookies. Engaged in small conversation about his workshop and elf production.
Full attire complete with Santa hat, jacket, pants, glasses, etc.
Payment of remaining balance was settled day of event, an easy transaction.
