Overview
Friendly real bearded Santa with a jolly demeanor with many years of working with children and adult groups available for private as well as business events. Available for events in greater Los Angeles area. I am new to Gigsalad and have interacted with over 17,000 children, so I have a comfortable rapport with both adults and kids. I have different looks available from traditional red suit to casual beach wear Santa as well as more formal parade look. I can read stories and have plenty available to choose from. Photo shoots are a breeze, I have some props available from jingle bells, books, etc. Just connect with me and I am sure to be able to make your event a blast.

What to Expect
I usually try to arrive about 15-30 minutes before a gig to meet with event leader to plan my visit and details of the grand entrance, sometimes this isn't possible if I have other gigs just before your event. In most cases I try and leave a buffer of two hours between events, however on some busy weekends and Christmas eve this is not practical, Santa tries very hard to be on time for your special event. If it's a smaller event prior briefing on each child present is greatly appreciated. I have different looks, so please let me know the style of Santa attire most fitting for the mood you are looking for. I don't bring candy canes or other party favors, but gladly distribute one event hosts supply.
About
I have worked with children over 40 years as a teacher, coach and mentor in environments of high diversity. I started doing family gatherings and moved into visiting children's hospitals as well as schools as a volunteer Santa and decided to go all in and hone my craft to become the best Santa I can be. My journey into the world of Santa has always been driven by the joy of kids faces when I get a chance to spend some magical moments with them, if for a conversation or photo op the time I spend with the young ones sharing the magic and mystery of the world of Santa I enjoy every moment.
Additional Booking Notes
Having a large Santa chair or throne available makes the experience go well. I have a portable chair available, but it needs to be assembled prior to my entrance. I have a voice that projects well and am comfortable working with amplified systems as well.
