It is ideal to have a private changing room if arriving onsite in garb does not fit the event layout or meet event needs.
A private bathroom is appreciated, as many would agree Santa in the bathroom isn't as magical.
Water is appreciated, although because of the warmth of the suit I usually travel with plenty.
Parking near to the event is greatly appreciated, it's hard to hide a white beard when hustling through the parking lot.

It is ideal for the venue to provide a chair, as I do not provide one for events outside of my general area.
